"Wh… why do you always seem to amaze me?" Lilith stuttered, her words fluttering.
Ever since she met Dracula at the bookstore, she has continually become amazed by most of the words that escaped his mouth.
"I amaze you?" Dracula inquired.
Lilith nods her head as she glares at the receptionist with a nervous smile playing across her lips. "I'm sorry for keeping your time," Lilith muttered as she whispered to the receptionist.
Following her statement, she shifted her gaze back to Dracula. "Are you going to pay or what?" She seethed.
Dracula sighed as she pulled out his wallet from his pocket, handing over a few dollar notes to the receptionist. "Retain the change." He stated.
Both Lilith and Dracula stepped out of the supermarket as they both headed back to Dracula's car. "Thanks for paying the bills." Lilith appreciated, as she sat on the passenger seat of the car.
