"Mmmmm!" Lilith tried to scream as she swiftly turned around.
"I'm... I'm so sorry if I scared you, miss. I didn't mean to frighten you. Are you okay? You seem a bit pale," a lady stammered, her eyes wide with concern.
The young lady was the person whose hand had rested above Lilith's shoulder a while ago.
The lady was curious when she saw Lilith running on the road barefooted so she decided to question Lilith out of concern.
Lilith forced a smile across her lips, blinking her eyelashes a few times.
"I'm alright and thank you so much for the care." Lilith signed with her fingers.
She knew that if she opened her mouth to speak, no words would come out because Dracula was not with her.
Regardless of Lilith's forced smile, the lady sensed that something was off.
