Chapter 25 - Art exhibition.

The dressing mirror reflected a young gorgeous lady, whose rich tones of her ginger hair cascaded like a fiery waterfall, pulled back into a sleek ponytail that accentuated the delicate lines of her neck.

The lady's olive complexion glitters as she smiles genuinely and stares at her stunning reflection.

"You look breathtaking, Lilith," Morgana cooed, holding out a hand as she beckoned Lilith to stand.

As Lilith rose from the chair, the exquisite Monot gown shimmered with a divine luster, the one-shoulder cut revealing a seductive glimpse of her skin. The front slit of the gown teased at the length of her thigh, a bold statement of her feminine allure.

The crystal earrings she wore, gifted by Morgana, sparkled with a regal elegance against the soft warmth of her olive skin, while a matching necklace graced her neck, complementing her radiant beauty.

Lilith's legs were adorned with black heels, making her appear taller, and the makeup Morgana had applied to Lilith's face made her look both lovely and majestic.

"Why are you staring at me with your mouth open?" Lilith questioned Morgana through her phone because Morgana had a surprised expression on her face.

Hearing Lilith's statement, Morgana smacks her lips and smiles warmly, her eyes sparkling with excitement as they inspect Lilith. "You look so beautiful." Morgana began, her gaze sweeping Lilith from head to toe.

Lilith smiled shyly as she returned Morgana's compliment. "Thanks." Lilith typed, then softly squeezed Morgana's hand. "Thanks for dressing me up." Lilith typed again.

Morgana's eyes were filled with admiration, and she nodded softly. "You are going to be the most beautiful person who will attend the art exhibition," Morgana said, prompting Lilith to blush.

She rolls her eyes at Morgana before staring at her reflection in the mirror again. "I'm beautiful!" Lilith exclaimed within herself, admiring her beauty. "I need a handbag to complete my outfit." Lilith rapidly imprinted on her phone notebook while showing it to Morgana.

And as if Morgana had been waiting for Lilith's statement, she ran to fetch a black tiny handbag of hers. "I have never used this bag so you are lucky to be the first one using it," Morgana spoke, and Lilith smiled even more.

As she grabs the handbag, she looks at her reflection once more, and a smile appears on her lips. "Thanks." She signed with her fingers to Morgana, and they both walked out of the house.

Morgana called a cab for Lilith, and while Lilith was sitting in the car, Morgana handed over the art exhibition ticket to her friend and then gave Lilith a thousand dollars. "Do have a wonderful time and I hope you expand your knowledge through this art exhibition," Morgana spoke, and Lilith nodded her head.

"I will," she typed sincerely before grabbing the car door as she prepared to close it.

The car door was about to close when Morgana opened her mouth to speak again. "Have fun at this exhibition okay."

Lilith's eyes welled up with tears after hearing Morgana's nice words, but she forced them back.

Lilith felt emotional since Morgana was like a sister to her and had been so sweet to her, making Lilith feel really happy to have someone like Morgana in her life.

The cab driver revved the car engine, and Lilith informed the driver of her location.

As she approached the location, she noticed a queue of luxury cars and a red carpet for well-known artists.

A big smile creeps across her lips as she stares at the artists who have always served as her role models. The only thing Lilith could do was stare at them from a distance because they were surrounded by cameras as they chat with one another with loud laughter echoing from their lips in delight.

"I'll go and speak to them when they are alone," Lilith mumbled to herself as she walked directly into the art exhibition building.

Lilith gave her ticket to the two security guards who guard the entrance door, and they cleared the way for her while indicating the other security guards to let her inside.

'Such tight security.' Lilith thought to herself as she stepped inside the building, and her lips hung in the air as she became fascinated by what was befalling her.

First, she was welcomed with the soft melodious sounds of the piano that was playing in the background.

And secondly she was mesmerized by various artwork that adorned the building's walls.

Lilith was greeted by a kaleidoscope of color, a tapestry of form and substance that swirled around her like a dream.

Each artwork was a frozen fragment of time, a tale waiting to be unraveled. The bold strokes of a painter's brush seemed to whisper secrets of love and loss, while the chiseled lines of a sculptor's hammer spoke of triumph and tragedy.

"Woah!" She exclaimed within herself and she continued scanning around, uncertain of what artwork to start looking from.

As Lilith continued to sweep into the room like a crimson flame, her gown billowed around her in a fiery cascade of white silk. The one-shoulder design revealed a tantalizing glimpse of her smooth skin, while the asymmetrical cut hugged her curves with a captivating elegance.

As she moved, the fabric shimmered and danced in the light, a fiery display of pure, unbridled luxury.

And then… her gaze landed on an oil painting depicting a lady holding a human skull in her palm.

From a distance, the image piqued her interest, and just as she was about to approach it, she felt her gown become trapped.

Lilith turned back with the aim of freeing her trapped gown, only to see a young gorgeous man clothed entirely in black standing above her long gown.

She frowned.

"Ah, we meet again, little mortal," he uttered, the smirk on his lips hinting at secrets unknown and for the first time, the mysterious young man's lips curled into a smile, and he appeared amused.

'What could he possibly be up to?'
