Hey guys so first things first, I finally figured out how to make the card images, and I'm going to make the cards of my deck first then work on the others.
Btw this will be more commentary than actual dueling, so you can skip it if you want.
But for now let's get to the chapter.

It was almost one in the evening when one of the butlers informed Joey that his duel will begin, and on our way there I try to keep his spirits up.
"Remember Joey, win or lose you showed everyone that you are one of the best duelists, and I feel like trinity would feel proud." I say to him as Traistan nods in approval as we see Joey relax a bit.
"Ya right Jonah! Win or lose I'll go out with my head held high!" He said with his usual gusto as both Tristan and I give thumbs up to each other as the three of us walk to the duel arena.
I see Yami Yugi on the other side looking at Joey with a serious, yet proud vibe to him, like he was watching his own child grow up before his eyes.
"You're looking proud! Is it because of Joey?" I ask him with genuine curiosity as he looks at me, "Indeed, I've watched as Joey won again and again, as his opponents got stronger over time, he has truly grown." He concludes as he looks at me.
"You have also shown true promise, I can tell you are loved by your cards, and many more will come to your aid, and they'll help you in your greatest time of need." He says cryptically as we hear Dornez Snr. Announces the duel will begin.
"Hey pegasus, am I allowed to stay here and watch." I ask him as he watches with anticipation, "I won't mind that Jonah boy, just don't interfere." He says as I see them begin their duel.
"I'll start this duel off Yug! I draw!" Joey said as he sets a card facedown and placing axe raider in attack mode before ending his turn.
As I was watching Buccarati and his crew manifested as Yugi activated pot of greed, "they seem to be all out." I hear Giorno say as I glance over at him.
"What do you mean?" I ask as he begins explaining, "I can tell because they hold a bond similar to when Buccarati and I met, former enemies turned good friends over time, so they are facing each other with their very souls laid bare."
I nod at his explanatiom as Joey managed to destroy Yugi's magnet warrior with a powered up axe warrior, making him lose life points as a result.
"That does make sense, if I remember right Tristan and Joey were once his tormentors, and when they both were being bullied by some 20 year old man dressed as a high schooler, despite what they put Yugi through, they were protected by the one they once tormented." I explain as Nerancha looks at Joey with respect as Yugi turned the duel to his favor as he summoned his Dark Magician.
"He would have maid a great mafiosi, especially with his loyal personality ." Buccarati says as we watch Joey battles a debuffed Dark Magician with his buffed Red eyes black dragon due to his skull dice and graceful dice.
"He probably would have, but let's see how this duel plays out." I suggest as we all focus on the battle.
As we watched we saw both Yugi and Joey going at it as each turn steered the battle in their favor only to be twarted by their opponent.
And after half an hour it was the final stretch.
Yugi: 1000
Joey:1400
"You know Yug! You may be my best friend, but seeing how we both are neck and neck, how about we finish this duel with one final push?" Joey suggests as Yugi smiles at his suggestion.
"Then lets see who's going to win! I activate, monster reborn! I choose my dark magician! And I'll end my turn with one card face down." Yugi shouts as he slaps his Dark magician onto his field as his ace monster manifested while Joey activated his facedown.
"Then I'll activate my own monster reborn! Time to come back red eyes!" Joey says as he placed his card onto the field as his red eyes manifested, and the two ace monsters look at each other, waiting to see who will make the first move, when suddenly they both are startled and turn to look at Jonah who had a smile on his face as he cheers for both of his friends.
"You both got this! Win or lose I'm rooting for you!" I shout in my excitement as I didn't notice one of my monster manifested with a look of interest.
The figure had pure white skin and long flowing blond hair and almost looked angelic.
It was DIO over Heaven!
Of course the monster was silent, but it seems Jonah's emotions had temporarily spurred the awakening of one of his strongest monsters, and the power that radiates off of it startled the two duel spirits.
"Don't mind me, you two give my master a finale he will never forget." Was all he said before disappearing into nothingness.
"Alright!! I got heads! Now my time wizard can destroy your Dark magician! Now I can finish this, attack him directly red eyes!" Joey shouted as red eyes, still spooked by DIO over heaven's appearance attacked Yugi.
As the attack was about to hit Yugi smiled, "you played well Joey, but a duel is never over until the last card is played! I activate magic cylinder! Now the damage I take goes back to you!" He shouts as the cartoon cylinder redirected the attack back at Joey who was sad, but he smiled in the end.
"The winner is Yugi Motou!"

Well folks I hope you enjoy this chapter.
I decided to give DIO over Heaven a brief appearance during the chapter, but did I make the commentary and illustration too strong or just right?
But besides that I managed to use the card maker website to make the final design of DIO over heaven.
