As Michael moved off towards the bar the girls all looked at Gracie waiting for her to explain.
Gracie sighed before saying
"It's not really all that surprising, Jane was not the only one recording Mike and Alexia's silent dance last night and since then it has been released online as we all know."
"However, it seems that the public have deemed it legendary because it's a music-less dance with Lexi and so has been nameed 'The Silent Dance'."
"Ah so that's how it is, it's not that surprising, anything unique Alexia has done in the past has become 'Legendary' in one way or another." Jane said shaking her head.
"Cough I think we should order our drinks as the waiter is still here." Alexia coughed and started.
"Ah of course our apologizes." Sarah said to the waiter before ordering their drinks.
By now Michael was already behind the bar checking out their full range of beverages and deciding what he fancied.
(Hmmm they have all the right ingredients to make it like I figured but should I, it's a bit risky.)
"Is everything ok sir?" asked the bar staff member who was watching over Michael for security reasons.
He noticed Michael was lost in thought so decided to see if he needed assistance.
"What oh sorry lost in thought, please call me Mike since you're a fellow bar tender." Michael said with a smile.
"Oh, sure Mike, I'm Bill nice to meet you, so do you have a problem, Mike?" Bill asked again.
"I was just thinking that I could make myself a 'Ramos Gin Fizz', but it's been a while since I have done one, so was mentally going over the process in my mind." Michael answered shocking not only Bill but all the other bartenders who looked at Michael in shock.
"WHAT!" Bill yelled, catching everyone's attention and making Mark and Greg smirk thinking Michael had done something wrong.
"Is there a problem here?" The waiter came over asking but Bill just ignored him and questioned Michael.
"You can actually make the Ramos Gin Fizz?" Bill asked, shocked.
"Is there something wrong Mike"? Sarah asked as the four girls came over to check on him after hearing Bill's shout.
In-fact the entire restaurant was paying attention.
"No problem, Bill here just got excited when I told him I wanted to make myself a Ramos Gin Fizz which I can't really blame him for." Michael explained
"Bill what's going on?" The waiter asked.
"Sir you don't understand Mike here wants to make a Ramos Gin Fizz, it's the cocktail that is recognized by all professional bar tenders as the hardest cocktail in the world to make." Bill Explained.
"Oh, what makes it so hard?" Jane asked confused.
"Well miss for one thing it uses both egg whites and cream." Bill began before a random customer interrupted.
"Cream I can understand but egg whites?" Is this a legit drink, or is he making it up?" The customer asked making some of the other patrons laugh.
As Gracie looked over to see who spoke she noticed two familiar figures.
"Alexia, Jane. Mark Philips and Greg Stevens are here together, it was Greg who just made the comment." Gracie whispered just loud enough that only the four queens who were next to each other could hear.
"Oh great, that dickhead." Jane moaned as Sarah patted her back.
"Don't worry if something kicks off, we got your back." Sarah whispered.
"It's perfectly true sir." Bill answered Greg before going on to explain.
"Using both cream and egg whites, you want to get the texture right, you have to shake the drink and I mean shake it a lot."
"You're essentially whipping the egg white into a meringue, so the foam stands firm above the rim of the glass."
"Reports say that a proper Ramos Gin Fizz can take twelve minutes to make."
The girls all looked at Michael in wonder before Alexia asked.
"Mike, I know you're an amazing bar tender, but can you really make this?"
"It's been a while since I made one, but it shouldn't be a problem." Michael answered.
"Mike, can you make us all one please?" Sarah asked looking hopeful.
"Sure, that would be fine though as Bill just said it may take a few minutes." Michael informed.
"That's fine after all the other girls have not seen you work before like I have." Alexia said smiling.
"If that's the case I would like to try one as well." A voice suddenly said as a man walked over from the entrance grabbing everyone's attention.
"It's Salt Bae" A few of the customers exclaimed as Mike took a closer look.
Salt Bae was a European man with slick back black hair with a goatee, he also wore his trademark circular rimmed glasses.
As he approached the bar Alexia stepped forward to meet him saying.
"Salt Bae it's been too long how are you?" As she offered him a small hug.
"Ahh Lexi my favorite celebrity why don't you visit my restaurants more often, I would always cook for you then." Salt Bae answered accepting the small hug.
"Now you know as well as anyone that you can't just live off meet, here you remember my friends, correct?" Alexia replied before introducing the other three girls.
"Of course, Jane is always with you, and we see Gracie often too when she is not traveling on business, but our surprise guest is Sarah who rarely appears in public." Salt Bae said greeting all the girls.
"Thank you, Salt Bae, but something tells me I will be showing my face more from now on." Sarah said as she looked at Michael out of the corner of her eye.
"Well, that is good news, now who do we have here behind my bar, its Mr. Michael Vandal correct?" Salt Bae asked turning to Michael
"A pleasure Salt Bae and please just call me Mike." Michael replied.
"Very well Mike, now did I here correctly that you're going to make yourself and the four queens here a Ramos Gin Fizz each?" Salt Bae asked before continuing
"If that is so I must request one for myself since Lexi here thinks your such a good bar tender."
"Of course, Salt Bae it would be my pleasure." Michael replied before he started listing ingredients under his breath.
