The morning after the Olympus events Mike woke early since he ended up leaving the club early the night before.
Since he woke up earlier than planned he decided to go out for a jog before coming back to take a shower and have some breakfast.
As he ate his breakfast he watched the news without much interest because it contained the normal stuff off a war in some country, some politician being kicked out of his party for misuse of funds, the normal stuff.
It wasn't until the news anchor said the word Lexi that he actually focused which was unusual in its own right as he normally does not care about celebrities.
"Last night Lexi performed at the opening event of the new club in Nottingham called Olympus."
"Olympus is owned by Gracie Silver who is well know to be Lexi's best friend."
"According to reports Lexi started off with her normal brilliant performance."
"However when she took a break she seems to have been late returning which is unusual."
"However once she did return her performance seemed to have gone up several notches and she put on the best show anyone has seen in a long time."
"We asked several fans who were in the audience and all of them commented that this was Lexi's best performance she had ever done."
"The question now is why was Lexi late back to the show, also what caused the shows second part to be so much better than anything we have seen from Lexi before."
"We are still investigating and will let you know as soon as we find out any information."
"Well it seems 'The Good Night Shock' did the trick for her show, I hope she got a good nights sleep after." Mike said out loud.
After finishing his breakfast he left the house to go buy some groceries because he had work later as he was still on lates until the end of the week.

In another part of the city in the penthouse of a hotel right in the city center, Gracie and Jane were also watching the news while drinking coffee on the sofas.
"Well it seems we were not the only ones to notice the improvement in Alexia's performance." Jane commented while taking a sip of coffee.
"Agreed tho I must admit that the drink Alexia had has worked wonders, she has been asleep for over 9 hours now.
I can't wait for Sophie to arrive and explain more about this." Gracie replied with a smile.
"Indeed it has been a long time since Alexia slept so well and for so long, I was honestly starting to consider forcing her to see a doctor, but you know how she can be."
"Well let's hope that what Sophie said is true and that the drink helps Alexia as much as it did Sophie."
"Speaking of the drink, what's your impression of that bartender since you got to meet and talk to him?" Jane asked with interest
"Hmm as I mentioned last night he is interesting and different, not only because he recognized Alexia but treated her the same as anyone else but because he also clearly knew who I was and kept his cool while treating me to same."
"Not to brag but Alexia and myself are two of the most well known names in the world and anyone who normally meets us for the first time is ether super excited or stupidly nervous."
"This Michael was just professional, he kept his cool and treated us with respect the same as any other customer, to be honest I kind of liked being treated normally for once."
"As did I" a voice said as Gracie finished.
Turning towards the voice both Gracie and Jane saw Alexia enter the room with her long dark red hair in a crazy mess.
"Well good morning sleeping beauty, I must say even with the worst bed hair I have ever seen, you still manage to look beautiful." Gracie joked
"Oh shut up, where is the coffee?" Alexia asked while holding back a yawn.
"Over there on the kitchen counter Alexia, how did you sleep and how do you feel?" Jane asked curiously
Alexia didn't answer straight away and went to poor a cup of coffee before taking a sip and sighing as she swallowed the brown nectar of the gods.
Making her way over to an empty chair she lazily sat down in it before replying.
"Like a log, I can't remember the last time I slept so well and I feel so much better today, I just need to shake off this morning sleepiness and I will be good to go for the day." Alexia replied as she took another sip.
Both Jane and Gracie smiled before Gracie asked "did you also enjoy being treated normally then?"
"Indeed I can't remember the last time I was treated as a normal person.
You know it's ether fans wanting pictures and autographs, people trying to get me to invest or spend my money on them, or men and women with lust in their eyes who want my body."
Both Jane and Gracie nodded as they had seen this a lot in the past and even had experienced it for themselves.
"Honestly with how he treated me and Gracie last night as if we were too normal people and also the feeling of trust he gives me I would not mind being friends with him."
Gracie and Jane both chocked on their coffee at the same time and started coughing.
"Are you both ok?" Alexia asked concerned.
After they managed to fight back the coughing fit they both looked at Alexia with jaws hanging open and shock on their faces.
It took a moment before Jane could recover herself faster than Gracie and say "sorry please repeat what you just said, you want to be friends with him?"
"Yes that's correct, why is there a problem?" Alexia asked
"Alexia it's not that there is a problem with that IF Sophie's story clears him I am fine with that." Jane answered
"The shocking part is that you want to be friends with someone, we can count on one hand the amount of people you call friends and two of them are in this room." Gracie interacted.
"You set incredibly high standards for someone to become your 'friend' and it is incredibly hard to do so." Gracie added using are quotations when saying friend.
"And yet here you are willing to become a friend of a man you have known and spoken two for less than half and hour, that's why we are so shocked." Gracie finished explaining.
"Oh please it is not that hard to become my friend" Alexia said defensively
"Oh really? Who was the last person you allowed to call you Alexia and when was it?" Gracie asked smugly
Alexia turned her head away in embarrassment refusing to answer.
"How about I answer then, it was Liam and it was 6 years ago." Answered Jane with a smug smile from seeing her friend embarrassed.
"Alright alright fine but there is just something about his that I find intriguing and makes me smile when I think about him" Alexia mumbled more to herself than her friends as a beautiful smile appeared on her lips.
Once again Jane and Gracie looked at each other before Jane asked.
"Is this what I think it is?
"I think it might be tho it's hard to believe since it's her."
"I know this is new and I don't think this has ever happened before has it?"
"Not that I can remember"
Talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring her for the moment Alexia wonders what her two friends were on about.
"What are you two talking about?"
However before she could get a reply Gracie's phone rang.
"Ah it's Sophie" Gracie said before answering the call.
