Chapter 370 - Chapter 370: Imperius Curse, House-Elf in Hand

After leaving using Apparition, Andy didn't go home immediately but went to Hogsmeade's Shrieking Shack, where he hid the cauldron used to make the Polyjuice Potion.

After checking the condition of the polyjuice potion and ensuring there was no problem, Andy again used Apparition to return home.

After eating dinner and chatting with his family for a while, dawdling until after nine, Andy took a shower, changed into his pyjamas and lay on the bed ready to sleep.

Although today's events had taken a bit of a turn for the worse, Andy felt he wasn't at a loss.

Gains and losses and whatnot aside, no matter what, Andy didn't want to turn himself into a cold-blooded animal that could break the bottom line of humanity to study magic.

Even if this bottom line was very low, Andy would set a line of defence in his heart, so that he would not really lose his humanity and turn into a devil who would do anything and everything.

Just like Voldemort!

Compared to that, the gain or loss of interest was rather less important.

"Hoo-"

Exhaling lightly, Andy closed his eyes and fell into a deep sleep in no time.

The next day, after having breakfast, Andy took the pounds with him and Apparated to King's Cross Station in London and then took a taxi to Grimmauld Place.

This is a very old residential area, the houses are somewhat dilapidated, Andy didn't see more than a few pedestrians along the way, and only occasionally met a few residents, but they were all old people.

Undeniably, if it is placed a few decades ago, the building here can indeed be called luxurious. But in the nineties, well ... Andy thinks the house here may soon be marked with a 'demolition' word.

12 Grimmauld Place.

There was strong magic protection here, but Andy already knew the address.

When Andy stood in the middle of houses 11 and 13, the space slowly moved in both directions, and house 12 seemed to have squeezed out of the cracks in the space.

Andy stepped forward to check it out.

The dark door was covered in scratches, and the silver doorknob was in the shape of a large coiled snake - the door could only be opened by magic, and Sirius had taught Andy the magic to open the door when he talked to him yesterday.

Andy pulled out his wand and tapped the handle, and the dark door slowly opened.

Walking into the garden, perhaps because no one had lived here for more than ten years, the garden was overgrown with weeds, the dirty and messy house was covered with creepers, and the windows were even more grimy.

Wand in hand, Andy carefully opened the door to the house.

"Hi!"

A bare-boned man waved enthusiastically towards Andy, "Collins, I knew you would come. Ravenclaws have always been impatient in the face of new knowledge."

Andy: "..."

"Dumbledore let you live here alone?" Andy asked with a puzzled look on his face.

"He trusts me!" Sirius looked very happy.

After all, both Andy and Dumbledore chose to trust Sirius without any evidence, which made Sirius very touched.

Because no matter how well he had spoken, those words were just his side of the story.

He didn't have any evidence.

"Dumbledore was too careless."

Andy spat, "Before you can prove your innocence, I think he should lock you up."

Sirius spread his hands and said with a smug look on his face, "Dumbledore was the one who brought me home, and he even helped me clean up my room last night. Oh~ no one has lived here for seven or eight years, the environment in the house is simply worse than Azkaban."

Have to clean up the house, huh ...

"Sorry, my wand is out of order."

Andy immediately put his wand away and then decisively changed the subject, "I didn't seem to find any sign of Auror outside when I just came in?"

Sirius blinked his left eye, "It's Aurors after all, they always have their own way of thinking."

Andy was once again speechless at his words and muttered, "I've heard that the Aurors have been tracking you down. But they have not gone to the Privet Drive, neither are they snooping in front of your house ... I really want to know now, how on earth are they tracking you down?"

Travelling all over the world?

Sirius scoffed, "Do you believe that even if I go to the Gringotts right now and use the Black family vault, the Ministry of Magic won't receive any news?"

Andy: "..."

Worthy of being the Ministry of Magic, this kind of efficiency is really admirable.

Sirius continued, "As you can see, there's nothing in the house to entertain you right now, if you want to read a book, you can go to the fourth-floor study."

"I'm going out to get some breakfast."

"By the way, there's a very annoying house elf in the house called Kreacher. If he says anything bad, you can teach him a hard lesson."

Andy's complexion shifted slightly, and he nodded his head, "Alright, I'll go read for a while. By the way, be careful when you go out, you're wanted in the muggle world too."

Sirius waved his hand without a care in the world, "I'm leaving, make yourself at home."

When Sirius left, Andy shrugged and found the stairs towards the fourth floor.

"Ungrateful and nasty bastard, forget about him running out on his own, he even broke the Lady's heart. Now being desperate, he ran home to hide ..."

When he walked to the first floor, Andy suddenly heard a very low mumble. It was soft but very clear.

"And he brought a weird little wild cub with him into my lady's house ... If my lady was still alive, how sad she would be ... What a repulsive, ungrateful, nasty piece of work."

Andy: "..."

Andy had seen the house elf hiding in the corner.

The house elf was very skinny, its pale skin was full of wrinkles, and its bat-like ears had a large pile of white hairs in them, making it look as if it was already old.

It looked at Andy with a very contemptuous look in its eyes, and then bowed slightly, reluctantly, as it continued to mutter some curses under its breath, "What would the lady say if she were to learn that a weird little brat had entered her house ..."

Andy: "..."

This house elf has quite a personality.

Andy glanced thoughtfully in the direction of the door to the room.

Even if it hated Sirius, is it necessary for it to be loyal to him?

After thinking about it, Andy quickly pulled out his wand!

"Imperio!"

Andy whispered the incantation.

Kreacher was in a trance for a moment; and then went on about his business as if nothing had happened.

From today until the polyjuice potion was successfully made, Andy decided to come to 12 Grimmauld Place every other day and give the house elf a refill of the Imperius Curse.

By the way, he would take another look at the Black family's collection of books.

It was obvious from Sirius' attitude just now that he hated this house elf. Because he hated it, he wouldn't care about its occasional abnormality.

In this way, everything could be done without a trace.
