Chapter 321 - Chapter 321 This doesn’t need to be considered at all, I just didn’t see it

For a moment, Andy really wanted to chop his hand off!

But before chopping off his hand, Andy also had to cleanse his brain - for making him damn curious!

There was only one sentence on the note: Protect Harry.

After Andy read it, the note spontaneously combusted without any ignition and turned into a smudge of ash.

To be fair, Andy was now tempted to pretend he hadn't seen it.

Snape had asked Andy to protect Harry, which meant that he had a reason why he had to step in - perhaps Snape was being watched, as Andy had first speculated.

Protecting Harry was fine; after all, Snape wouldn't really do anything, and Andy didn't necessarily fear him.

It was just acting, Andy was familiar with it!

But the key question was, when Snape failed in this action, how was he going to report it to Voldemort?

He was Professor Snape, but he still couldn't beat a second-year wizard from Hogwarts?

Not to mention whether Voldemort believed it or not, this one thing alone was enough to put Andy in Voldemort's line of sight - and still Voldemort's bad note.

A genius young wizard, equal to Snape fifty-fifty, also stopped Voldemort's resurrection plan ...

Andy didn't think Voldemort would be willing to share the world equally with him.

In fact, if it was just Andy by himself, it would be fine.

But Andy was not alone.

Andy had parents and relatives ... Once Voldemort was resurrected, Andy, as a thorn in his side, Andy's family was likely to encounter danger.

This was the main reason why Andy had been avoiding conflict with Voldemort.

The Fidelius Charm could indeed protect the safety of his family, but once the war lasted for two or three years, would Andy's family have to stay indoors for two or three years as well?

Andy was a little annoyed.

Andy's countenance remained dark until Snape walked into the classroom.

'It's a good thing Hermione didn't see that note.' Andy was suddenly a little thankful.

That's right, after some careful thought, Andy made a final decision.

--To pretend not to have seen it!

The danger to Harry and the danger to his loved ones.

Andy felt that it didn't even need to be considered!

Even if he was bound to confront Voldemort in the future, that was something that Andy would need to consider only after he had grown to a certain level and had the power to face Voldemort head-on.

Until then, all Andy could do was study hard.

Of course, no matter what, Andy still planned to give Snape a wake-up call and ask him to find a different person to protect Harry.

As for Snape himself ...

Andy felt that by the time today's events were over, his relationship with Snape would be lowered to a freezing point.

But so what?

He didn't think about Andy's family, so Andy didn't need to think about his feelings.

Snape took his classes as usual.

He behaved as usual, and even when he passed Andy a note, his face didn't show the slightest difference, and he didn't even look Andy's way more than once.

After Snape finished talking about the steps of making a magic potion, the young wizards also started the potion-making practice.

Snape walked around the classroom as usual, and when he saw young wizards making mistakes, he stood behind them and spoke spitefully until that young wizard made a bigger mistake because of excessive nervousness, and only then did he contentedly leave a sentence: two points deducted for XXX.

Andy and Hermione teamed up and quickly made the potion.

"Professor!"

Andy turned his head to Snape, "We're done."

Snape looked over, and Andy felt as if his eyes held a different meaning.

"Hmph!"

Snape walked over with an impatient look on his face, he carefully stared at the cauldron of magic potion that Andy and Hermione had made; as if he wanted to pick a little bone out of the egg.

After inspecting it, Snape swept a faint glance at Andy and Hermione, "You can pour the magic potion into the vials now."

Andy gave Hermione a look that signalled Hermione to get busy first.

To be honest, Andy didn't know what Voldemort was using to spy on Snape, so Andy didn't dare to communicate directly with Snape.

But there was one way that Andy felt that Voldemort must not be able to spy.

"Professor!"

Andy called out to Snape, who was about to leave, and while Snape turned around and was not on guard, Andy looked straight into Snape's eyes and used Legilimency on him.

Andy had been learning Legilimency for less than half a month and was not yet able to invade other people's memories very well.

But this was just right!

Feeling his brain being invaded roughly for a moment, Snape's face instantly changed, followed by a grimace as he looked at Andy, seemingly wanting to take out his wand and give Andy a nasty blow.

Andy looked at Snape quietly, his eyes were slightly vacant.

Snape's expression moved slightly, and he instantly understood what Andy meant.

It was true that the communication of consciousness would not be monitored by any means.

The premise was that you could fake a memory.

Snape did not hesitate, he directly used Legilimency on Andy. Then, he saw the memory that Andy wanted him to see.

Only, things went a little differently from what Andy had expected before.

After Snape had seen the forged piece of memory, he didn't express too much, he just looked at Andy very calmly, nodded his head slightly and unnoticeably, and then turned around to leave.

His back looked a little slumped.

Andy raised an eyebrow.

Snape didn't seem as if he was overly emotional.

The forged memory that Andy showed Snape was naturally Andy's previous speculation:

[Snape reported to Voldemort with a swollen nose that he had followed the plan to assassinate Harry, but had been rubbed on the ground by a young second-year wizard.]

[Voldemort thus took notice of Andy, and when he was resurrected, the first thing he did was attack Andy's family.]

The last part of the memory is:

[Andy never even read the note.]

Something's a little strange about Snape, isn't it?

'Hmm~'

Andy spread his hands and decided not to dwell on the matter.

Andy had already told Snape his decision, as well as the causes and consequences leading up to that decision, without missing a single detail.

Now that Snape already knew, he would naturally switch to someone else to keep Harry protected.

"Andy!" Hermione called out disgruntledly.

"Coming, coming!" Andy responded and hurriedly helped Hermione pour the potion into the vial together.

On the other hand, Snape's mood was slightly more complicated.

The small note that Andy had received was indeed the one he had put there. Because in Snape's opinion, Andy had enough reasons and strength to protect Harry.

Moreover, Andy knew his secret!

What's more, he wouldn't really put Andy's life at risk.

But the memory that Andy had faked made Snape realise once again how inconsiderate he had been - he had indeed neglected how he would report this to Voldemort.

The disgrace of being defeated by a young wizard aside, this matter was enough to put Andy's family in huge danger.

And his previous inconsideration ...

Had already harmed Lily...and her family (scratch that).
