Snape stared at Andy gloomily and said in a threatening tone, "Collins ... better remember what you said!"
Andy: "..."
The old bat's mad now, huh?
Professor, don't leave after school if you have the guts.
"Right!"
Andy ignored Snape's threat, but took out a newspaper from his pocket and smiled, "Professor, you better have a look at this report."
While saying that, Andy flipped to Rita Skeeter's article.
"This is it!" Andy said.
"Huh?" Snape frowned slightly.
He had already read today's article, and it hadn't been unfavourable to him. Especially the official statement from the Ministry of Magic - the Death Eater who attacked Azkaban had been killed on sight.
A hint of sarcasm appeared at the corner of Snape's mouth at the thought.
This was why, Snape had joined the Death Eaters gang in the first place - not only did Snape idolize dark magic, he also yearned to be part of a powerful organization.
If it weren't for Lily ...
Snape cut his thoughts short, ready to see just what the Andy kid had found in the paper.
But upon seeing the signature Rita Skeeter, Snape glanced at Andy with a mocking look.
That's it?
That nonsense-talking female reporter?
Andy raised an eyebrow at Snape, signalling Snape to keep reading.
Snape slightly lowered his eyes, his gaze quickly scanning over the content of that report.
After reading it, Snape's expression instantly became hard to read.
This...?
That woman made it up, didn't she?
Snape would never believe that his secret meeting with Lucius Malfoy would be discovered by a female reporter.
Although that woman didn't name him in her report, the pointing to ... a pureblood family wasn't clear, but a Death Eater hiding at Hogwarts, it would have to be him, Severus Snape.
More than ten years ago, after the fall of Voldemort, the Ministry of Magic had conducted trials against many Death Eaters, and Snape had confessed. If Dumbledore hadn't bailed him out, he would have been imprisoned in Azkaban.
"And you believe this woman's nonsense?"
Snape said in a sarcastic tone, "Collins ... I thought a little highly of you. I thought ... only the stupid ones would believe her reports."
Snape's expression didn't change, and his tone maintained the same slow intonation.
"Those reporters are much better than Aurors when it comes to investigating privacy, especially Rita Skeeter."
Andy winked and joked, "It's fine if you don't give me hush money, but you can't save this hush money."
After saying this, Andy's entire body froze.
On what grounds?
We both know your secret, why can Rita Skeeter get the hush money and I, Andy Collins, can't?
Where did I, Andy Collins, fall short?
"You won't be able to avoid my hush money either!" Andy said through gritted teeth.
Snape: "..."
I'm a professor and the fucking Head of Slytherin, and I'm being threatened by a young second-year wizard today?
If I don't show some real strength today, you won't know what cruelty means.
"Collins glaring at a professor, for which the Ravenclaw would ..."
Before Snape finished speaking, Andy hastily interrupted, "My aunt is also a reporter!"
Seeing that Snape still wanted to speak, Andy hurriedly seized the opportunity to say, "It's the one that I was going to introduce to you last time!"
Snape took a deep breath.
Andy sped up his speech and continued, "There's also her article in the newspaper, if you're interested, you can have a look at it."
Snape shouted angrily with the fastest possible speed of speech in his life: "Get out of here!"
Bye-bye, take care!
Andy turned around and left without looking back.
Leaving the Potions classroom, Andy caught a glimpse of the young witch who was still standing in the corridor waiting for him.
"Hermione? Didn't I tell you to go to the great hall to eat first?" Andy said as he walked over.
Relieved to see Andy in one piece, Hermione whispered, "I was worried that Professor Snape would do something bad to you! If you guys get into a fight in the classroom, I'll use the Patronus Charm to notify Professor Dumbledore."
The young witch's words were barely out of her mouth when Snape walked out of the classroom.
Hermione: shiver.
Snape glanced at Hermione sinisterly, "Miss Know-It-All ... I never knew you had such a vivid imagination."
With a snort, Snape walked right past the two and left.
When Snape was gone, Hermione began to breathe audibly.
The young witch patted her chest and said in an all-knowing tone, "It's so unusual that Professor Snape let us off the hook."
"That's because we know his secret."
Andy said, "Also, Snape's got a small heart, he's holding his anger right now, and I have a feeling that someone's going to be unlucky."
And there was a ninety percent chance that person was Harry.
"Andy, what did you guys talk about in there?" Hermione asked curiously.
"Nothing, he just warned me not to say anything." Andy spread his hands with a look of 'I'm at a loss too'.
In fact, through the conversation with Snape just now, Andy also got a lot of information.
The pureblood family that had escaped the trial mentioned in Rita Skeeter's report - Andy had originally just guessed, but Snape had not refuted it.
Lucius Malfoy!
Andy was now certain that the guy was still loyal to Voldemort. After Voldemort is resurrected, Andy is ready to start with the Malfoy family.
Who made them rich!
That Nimbus 2001 donated by Lucius Malfoy to Slytherin House almost blinded Andy's eyes.
On top of that, Snape didn't refute that he was undercover.
"So ... Professor Snape really is a spy? He's going undercover to Voldemort's side?" Hermione had obviously guessed something as well.
"Uh-huh!" Andy didn't admit it, but he didn't deny it either.
"That's too dangerous!"
Hermione said in a serious tone, "Andy, those spies in the film don't get a good end in the end."
Andy nodded in recognition.
Maybe there was also such a trope in the film titled Harry Potter.
"Snape was probably trying to get the secret of Voldemort's immortality!"
Andy thought about it and explained, "It's useless to defeat Voldemort many times if you can't kill him completely."
The young witch had a solemn look on her face, obviously having brought herself into the role of a hero of justice against Voldemort, and at the moment was thinking hard about the way to defeat Voldemort.
She wanted to save Professor Snape.
"Go! Let's go eat first."
Andy beckoned, "We have class this afternoon!"
Hermione gave a helpless expression, "Andy, can you still eat?"
"Huh?" Andy froze.
How come I can't eat?
Hermione analysed seriously, "Since Professor Snape decided to go undercover, it means that the situation is now critical."
"Voldemort could come back to life at any time!"
