Chapter 83 - Chapter 83 Andy, You Must Not Fall into the Trap

After class, Andy took the time to visit the school's hospital wing.

Although Andy hadn't been too willing to take care of Harry and Ron, even if they were superficial friends, when people were hospitalized, Andy had to go over and pay a visit no matter what.

This was the most basic human decency.

It was hard to convince Madam Pomfrey, and Andy was only given ten minutes to visit.

"Are you two okay?" Andy placed a bag of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans on the bedside table and moved a chair along to sit down.

"Hi, Andy."

Ron grimaced, "Feeling awful!"

"I can't believe you guys actually went to the Forbidden Forest." Andy didn't know what to say for a moment.

These two were really reckless!

But if he looked at it from a different perspective, these two were also considered friends worth making.

They might not have much ability now, but they wouldn't be incapable forever.

"Don't talk about it."

Harry looked ashamed, "Andy, how many points did we get deducted this time?"

"No points deducted for now."

Andy said, "I heard that you guys fainted in the Forbidden Forest. Who sent you back?"

"It was Hagrid!"

Ron explained with slight embarrassment, "We also heard it from Madam Pomfrey."

Harry was still bothered about the deduction, "Professor McGonagall is probably furious, and there's no telling what she'll do to us."

"Harry, can't you think of something pleasant?" Ron looked like he was on the verge of tears.

Harry grimaced woodenly, "Maybe Snape will be quite happy about this."

Ron: "..."

Looking at the struggling pair, Andy was speechless for a moment.

"You guys take care of your bruises."

Andy sighed, "I'll see you guys again if I have time."

"Andy!"

Seeing that Andy was about to leave, Harry hurriedly called out to Andy, "The person who wanted to steal the Philosopher's Stone must be hiding in the Forbidden Forest!"

"You guys should tell the professor about this."

Andy thought for a moment and continued, "Since Hagrid said that dangerous creatures are infiltrating the Forbidden Forest, maybe Headmaster Dumbledore already knows about it."

Seeing that Harry seemed speechless, Andy shrugged and left the Hospital Wing at a brisk pace.

As he walked to the library, Andy went over the whole thing.

From Harry's discovery that Snape had gone to the third-floor corridor to Harry's late-night Forbidden Forest exploration last night, the whole thing made perfect sense, and from start to finish, Harry had done all of this of his own free will.

'If this is Dumbledore's plan, then there's no reason for Harry to fail last night, right...?'

Andy was a little confused.

Which part of the process had gone wrong?

Voldemort was scheming to resurrect, and Dumbledore was training Harry in order to fight Voldemort.

Since this was the case, if Quirrell was really hiding in the Forbidden Forest, then Harry should have faced off with Quirrell head-on this time.

That's what fits Dumbledore's plan.

"Shouldn't it..."

Andy was a bit confused for a moment.

Dumbledore wouldn't include himself, right?

If he added himself, Harry might have actually confronted Quirrell this time.

'Bloody old man.'

Figuring out the crux of the matter, Andy quickly put this matter behind him.

Let's cherish life and stay away from Harry.

Before having enough strength, Andy would never provoke Voldemort.

This was not only for his own safety but likewise for the safety of his family.

***

After just one day, Andy heard about how Harry and Ron had been disposed of.

They got Detention!

Inside the Great Hall, Malfoy yelled, "If I had been the Hogwarts Headmaster, I would have expelled Potter and Weasley together. I wonder if they'll have anywhere to go after they leave the school.

Maybe the Weasleys will be happy that they can save money on textbooks, money that might be enough to feed their family for a month."

Hahaha-

Malfoy's minions laughed very heartily.

Malfoy was so loud that Percy, George, and Fred of Gryffindor glared at him.

Malfoy was a little flustered at first, but when he saw his fellow Slytherins beside him, Malfoy instantly felt like he was okay again.

He mocked triumphantly, "It's good to keep them in school again, though, so that Gryffindor will get a hundred points deducted every year."

Talent!

Andy was instantly impressed by Malfoy.

Being able to poke at someone's pain point with every word was not something that ordinary people could do.

"Stop looking!" Hermione pulled Andy away.

She hated both Harry and Ron for not following the school rules, and at the same time, she also loathed Malfoy's self-righteousness taunting of others.

"You visited them yesterday?" Hermione asked.

"Uh-huh!" Andy nodded.

"How did they get hurt?" Hermione was a little curious.

The school didn't publicize the reason for Harry and Ron's injuries, and outsiders didn't know the real reason for their injuries, except for those who went to visit them.

Because of that, Harry and Ron only got Detention this time, and Gryffindor didn't lose points for it.

"Um..."

Andy leaned closer to Hermione and whispered, "Remember to keep it a secret...they went to the Forbidden Forest."

"The Forbidden Forest!?" Hermione raised an eyebrow.

She felt that these two deserved it thoroughly, but in the end, she didn't say anything nasty.

"They approached you the other day for a night out to the Forbidden Forest?" The young witch looked at Andy with a discontented expression.

"Who knew that they would do such a thing!"

Andy was indignant, "I thought they just wanted to take a night out in the castle!"

Hermione had a suspicious look on her face, she wasn't going to believe Andy's bullshit.

This man's favourite thing to do was to instigate others to make mistakes.

"Why did they go to the Forbidden Forest?" Hermione pressed.

Andy thought about it and felt that there was no need to hide this.

It wasn't like Quirrell trying to steal the Philosopher's Stone was a big deal.

"It goes back to Christmas break ..."

Andy rationalized his thoughts and told the little witch everything that had happened during this time.

Andy explained everything he could, except for the things related to Voldemort.

"In short, they suspected that Quirrell was hiding in the Forbidden Forest, that's why they were planning to go over and have a look," Andy concluded.

Hermione looked serious, "How could they think they could handle something so dangerous? They should have told the professor about it!"

"Maybe Headmaster Dumbledore already knows."

Andy analysed, "Since Hagrid has already discovered the abnormality of the Forbidden Forest, he has to report it to the Headmaster."

"You're right!"

The little witch nodded with agreement, then looked at Andy with a relieved face, "It's good that you didn't go to the Forbidden Forest with them, don't forget that Quirrell also plans to take revenge on you."

Andy: "..."

Every time this was brought up, Andy felt that Dumbledore was up to no good.

Unknowingly, Andy realized that there seemed to be a lot of reasons 'supporting' him to fight against Quirrell.

Friendship, justice, Dumbledore's favour, Dumbledore's private magic teaching, and personal feuds.

'Be patient!'

It's all sugar-coated bullets, Andy, you mustn't fall for it!
