Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Magic beams flashed in all directions, and Andy kept waving his wand. The invisible magic barrier was like an impenetrable wall of steel, tenaciously protecting Andy.
The Shield Charm was really useful.
Because it could rebound spells.
Except for a few advanced spells, such as the Killing Curse, the Shield Charm could rebound most spells in the magical world.
Bang!
An Auror was carelessly hit by the magic that Andy bounced back, and he flew out; his wand also flew out of his hand under the impact of the spell.
"Frank!"
Scrimgeour yelled, gritted his teeth, his eyes changed for a moment, and in an instant, they became firm, "Damn it... use the Killing Curse!"
Bang
Before anyone else could respond, Snape suddenly appeared and knocked Scrimgeour flying.
Two against three, Andy suddenly felt a lot less pressure.
Plus, Snape appeared so suddenly from nowhere that no one even thought a Death Eater was hiding so nearby.
With Snape's help, the remaining three people were powerless to resist and fell to the ground in the blink of an eye.
The last attacker who fell only had time to yell, "Look out! They have another one!" before he was knocked unconscious by Andy and Snape.
Without exchanging a word, Snape gave Andy a look, and the two of them immediately gathered around Peter Pettigrew.
Snape waved his wand, untied Peter Pettigrew, and then took out the Portkey.
It was a dark blue tie.
"Hurry!"
Snape growled, and seeing that Andy and Peter Pettigrew had already grabbed the tie, he immediately activated the Portkey without hesitation.
"They're escaping!"
"Quick, stop them!"
The flames of the explosion had died down, but it was clear that it was too late. The Ministry's people could only watch as the three of them escaped using the Portkey.
Click –
A flash went off.
The Aurors were too late to catch them, but the reporter managed to capture the image of the three before they disappeared.
The flash of the magical camera was short-lived, and the three disappeared with it.
Before leaving, Snape raised his wand high, and a beam of magical light shot up into the sky.
In the dark clouds, the Dark Mark loomed like a demon looking down on the world.
Whoosh –
The sea breeze blew past.
The remaining members of the Ministry of Magic stood rooted to the spot, unable to believe their eyes.
Two people!
Just two people had managed to rescue Peter Pettigrew from the five Aurors and ten Hit Wizards surrounding them.
If you count the Ministry officials... that's more than twenty people!
Oh, and the Dementors are also Ministry employees.
That's over a hundred people!
With such a huge disparity in strength, the Ministry was almost completely suppressed throughout the battle. Surprisingly, only five people were able to organise an effective counterattack.
And what was the outcome of the battle?
Someone glanced around.
All five people, including Scrimgeour, had lost consciousness, the Minister for Magic, Fudge, was injured, and three Ministry officials had also sustained varying degrees of injury.
But the enemy had already achieved their goal!
Without a scratch, they had rescued Peter Pettigrew, the Death Eater, who Fudge had declared guilty of 22 felonies.
If it hadn't been for the Aurors and the Hit Wizards, who had used Shield Charm to block the blasting curse at the last second, Fudge might have died in the line of duty.
How tragic!
One Auror ran over to check the injuries of the five, including Scrimgeour, and let out a sigh of relief, "They're alive!"
Fortunately, there were no casualties!
The Daily Prophet reporter snapped away with his camera.
Unlike the Ministry staff, who looked as if they had just lost their closest relatives, the reporters beside them were filled with excitement. They didn't care if Peter Pettigrew had been rescued or not; they just wanted to report on something big.
Obviously, compared to 'Peter Pettigrew gets the Dementor's Kiss', the news of 'Peter Pettigrew being rescued', 'the Ministry of Magic being vulnerable', and 'Minister Fudge seriously injured and dying' was more attractive.
Tomorrow's... no, today's edition of the Daily Prophet will definitely sell like hotcakes!
With such important news, there's no time to wait until tomorrow.
They were sure that the editor would print an extra edition and report the story immediately.
The Ministry staff clearly no longer had the energy to stop the reporters; they needed to rescue the injured immediately.
In particular, Minister for Magic Fudge... if the Minister for Magic died, it would be a major scandal, and the entire British Ministry of Magic would be humiliated.
A second before the Apparition, Fudge held out his hand, looking weak, and tried to shout, "Don't..."
He wanted the reporters to keep quiet.
But no one paid any attention to him.

When his feet hit the ground, Andy turned and looked around.
It was a run-down house that looked like it hadn't been used for years. The furniture was old, and the air smelt of dampness and rot.
"Ahem!"
Andy asked, "Where is this?"
Bang!
Snape viciously threw Peter Pettigrew to the ground, then turned to Andy and said, "You should go."
Great!
Andy didn't participate in the Death Eater's 'internal meeting'.
Pop!
With a light sound, Andy instantly disappeared.
"Thank... thank you. Thank you. Thank you for saving me. I am very grateful... I am loyal to the Dark Lord... of course, I can also help you."
Peter Pettigrew looked at Snape with fear in his eyes, and his body kept shaking—although he had escaped death, he had fallen into the hands of a Death Eater.
This was obviously not a good thing.
Death and never-ending torture... Peter Pettigrew could not imagine how the other party would treat him.
He stayed by Ron's side and learnt some things about Voldemort. He knew that Voldemort was still alive.
But he didn't go looking for Voldemort.
This was tantamount to betrayal!
Snape looked at Peter with cold eyes and then raised his wand sharply.
"Crucio!"
"Aaahhhhhhhhh!"
The room echoed with Peter Pettigrew's pitiful screams, which sounded so beautiful to Snape.
Suddenly, Snape felt that rescuing Peter Pettigrew might not be such a bad idea.
It would be too easy to let this disgusting man die from the kiss of a Dementor – death would be too good for him.
Only the living can feel pain!
Especially the pain of living when you'd rather be dead!
"Aaahhhhhhhhhhh!"
