Ring, ring, ring –
The alarm clock woke Andy up promptly in the morning.
Snap!
He switched it off and climbed out of bed.
He looked at the clock... 7:30!
After shaking himself awake, Andy stood up with his arms outstretched.
His pyjamas came off automatically, and then folded themselves up and flew into the wardrobe, where they were neatly arranged.
The clothes on the hanger flew over to him automatically, and they were put on him in turn. He raised his legs, and the trousers were also put on automatically.
Snap!
He snapped his fingers, and the quilt on the bed folded up automatically and was placed neatly on the bedside table together with the pillows.
Scratching his head, Andy walked drowsily into the bathroom.
Turning on the tap, Andy washed his face.
Meanwhile, the toothpaste was automatically squeezed onto the toothbrush, and after Andy had dried his face, the toothbrush flew into his mouth and started scraping up and down and inside and out.
Magic will free your hands and make life more comfortable!
After freshening up, Andy walked out of the bedroom and went to the Ravenclaw common room.
September 4, Saturday.
Andy hadn't had much rest these past two days.
Not getting enough sleep was one thing, but the sheer number of classes he had to attend was also a problem. More importantly, Andy was under a lot of psychological pressure.
This was the first time Andy had a clear sense of the terrible power of desire and obsession.
The prophecy from two days ago...
Andy knew in his heart that he was just fooling himself.
If he followed the prophecy, Andy should immediately give up magic transfiguration, because it would lead to certain unfortunate events.
But Andy had no intention of giving up!
He knows there is a tiger in the mountain, but he still chooses to go there.
Andy didn't feel this was courage, but rather that desire had influenced his reason and actions.
He knew this in his heart.
But he didn't want to give up no matter what.
Andy felt this was terrifying!
Andy didn't even know if he should believe in the prophecy.
If he believed it, the best thing to do would be to give up magic transfiguration.
But Andy was unwilling to give up.
If he didn't believe it...then maybe it would be even worse!
Rubbing his face, Andy tried to look natural.
"Good morning!" Andy greeted her with a smile.
"Good morning, Andy!" Hermione smiled back.
It was Saturday, and there weren't many people in the great hall at this time of day.
Andy and Hermione found a seat.
"Have you written the reply yet?" Hermione asked.
"Yes, I'll post it in a minute," Andy said, pouring two glasses of milk.
Andy had received two letters last night.
One from Sirius Black, who happily informed Andy that Fudge was prepared to pay the reward.
The other was from Helen Collins, who gave Andy a good scolding and warned him to behave himself. If she heard any more bad news, she would come and fetch Andy home from Hogwarts.
Luckily, Helen didn't send a Howler!
"Hey, Andy. Today's newspaper."
George and Fred came over and placed a newspaper on the table in front of Andy. "Well done! Good luck, by the way. Bye~"
They said and then left, arm in arm.
Hermione picked up the newspaper and read casually: "Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge is being sued by young witches and wizards..."
"Andy, it's about you."
Andy shrugged, "I already thought of that. It's okay, no one will care about it in a few days."
Hermione agreed, saying, "Exactly! Besides, you deserve that reward, and Fudge shouldn't have withheld it. We must defend our rights as long as it doesn't affect your father's work."
"Thanks!" Andy laughed.
After breakfast, Andy and Hermione went to the library – last night, Andy had obtained a pass from Professor Flitwick for the Restricted Section.
At 11:30 a.m., Andy and Hermione left the library.
"Andy, I need to go to the restroom," Hermione said.
"Together?" Andy teased.
"Stop it! The men's room is over there," Hermione slapped Andy lightly and then waved her hand, turning around and walking towards the women's lavatory.
Once Hermione's figure disappeared, Andy quickly sneaked into the cubicle in the men's lavatory.
"Phew,"
He let out a deep breath, took out the Time-Turner and spun it twice.
Everything in front of him flashed past... When it stopped, Andy had returned two hours ago.
He took out his wand and tapped himself, and his body instantly turned transparent.
No matter what the outcome of the prophecy was, Andy didn't want to give up Magic Transfiguration.
Among the information Andy has obtained, magic transfiguration is the only way to effectively increase the upper limit of a wizard's strength.
Slytherin, Voldemort, Dumbledore, and many ancient wizarding families, their ancestors have all studied and experimented with magic transfiguration.
As for Grindelwald...
After all, he is an outdated Dark Lord, and Andy has not had much contact with him, so he knows very little about him.
But there is no denying that there is an upper limit to a wizard's magical power.
Normally, Snape's strength should be the upper limit that an ordinary wizard can achieve. If you want to go further, you have to steal other powers.
And magic transfiguration is currently the only known, feasible way to steal external powers.
How could Andy give it up?
If he learns magic the normal way, Andy feels that even if he increases all his talents to level 7 – although he might become super strong, it will never be too outrageous.
Because the human body is the biggest limitation!
Creak –
Andy pushed open the lavatory door and looked outside.
There was no one in the corridor.
Andy quickly closed the door and then quietly left the castle.
He made his way to the Forbidden Forest.
Since Andy was in stealth mode, he was safe and no one noticed him along the way.
There was no restriction on Apparition in the Forbidden Forest.
Realising that the Anti-Apparition charm had gone, Andy thought of a side street in Knockturn Alley in his head and decisively cast Apparition.
With a light sound, Andy appeared in Knockturn Alley.
Taking out his wand and tapping it on his body, Andy cast another Disillusionment Charm on himself to ensure that the charm would not fail.
Walking along the streets of Knockturn Alley, Andy looked around with interest.
It was really dirty in there.
The buildings were grey, the streets were full of rubbish, and there was a strange smell in the air.
Occasionally, Andy came across two witches or wizards, but they were all a bit crazy – Andy saw one talking to a wall.
'This is the place!'
Andy had a clear goal in mind.
Joseemal Reed – the notorious rascal of Knockturn Alley.
Andy had spent the last part of the summer holidays investigating him.
The guy really had done a lot of bad things. It was said that the Ministry of Magic suspected him of involvement in several attacks on Muggles, but they had never been able to find any evidence.
Creak –
Andy pushed open the door.
