After dinner and a night's rest, it was a new day at Hogwarts.
Early in the morning, Andy walked out of his dormitory yawning and rejoined Hermione in the common room, who had been waiting impatiently for a long time.
"Good morning!" Andy waved listlessly.
"Morning?"
Hermione looked up at Andy and scowled, "If you're any later, we won't even have time for breakfast, and I don't want to go to class on an empty stomach."
"The time lag hasn't been reversed yet!"
Andy scratched his head and said with embarrassment, "I am pretty much guaranteed to sleep a little more when I go home on holiday ... But don't worry, in two or three more days, I'm sure I'll be able to get up normally."
Hermione rolled her eyes in dismay at that.
For a person like Andy who had trouble getting up, any sympathy would be cruelty to him.
"If you're still going to be lazy in bed tomorrow, I'm going to have to wake you up with a Howler," Hermione said with a wooden face.
Andy: "..."
Okay, you win.
"I'll get up early tomorrow, I promise ..."
Andy promised as he pushed Hermione's shoulder and headed towards the Great Hall, "If we don't hurry up, we're really not going to have any breakfast."
"Who's to blame?" Hermione grumbled.
"I am the one who is responsible for this."
Andy let out a small laugh, then asked, "By the way, what class this morning again?"
Hermione sighed, "It's Monday, we're having two Potions classes in a row with Hufflepuff in the morning. In the afternoon, it's History of Magic class with Slytherin."
Ah, Snape's class ...
For some reason, Andy instantly stopped panicking as soon as he heard that it was Snape's class.
After all, Andy was Snape's favourite student.
This was not Andy boasting, Snape had given Andy his textbooks from his student days, so how could he still not be a favourite student?
"Andy!"
Just as he walked into the Great Hall, Harry and Ron, the pair of Crouching Dragons and Phoenixes, came face to face, "What took you so long? We've been waiting for you for ages."
"Sorry!"
Andy promptly replied, "We have two Potions classes in the morning, and if we don't eat breakfast, we'll be late."
Thanks to Snape, Andy found a perfect excuse to shrug them off.
Although Andy was a little curious about Snape and wanted to investigate Voldemort's whereabouts, Andy wasn't about to get involved in any trouble.
It was said that curiosity killed the cat.
There was no doubt that the second half of the second year represented trouble for Harry - Snape had sent out signals during dinner yesterday.
"Ugh!" Harry held his tongue.
He had been carefully preparing his speech all morning, and it had all been interrupted by the tragic news of 'Two Potions lessons in a row'.
"Fine! You guys, be careful." Harry said with a heartfelt blessing.
Even Ron's eyes were filled with worry when he looked at Andy - as if Andy would never come back.
"Thanks!" Andy said.
Knowing that he couldn't delay Andy's time, Harry hurriedly said, "Andy, at noon, I have something to talk to you about."
Andy: "..."
Why is your tongue so fast?
"... Well then, I'll see you in the great hall at noon," Andy answered with a resigned look on his face.
Sitting at the Ravenclaw long table, Hermione took a sip of milk and leaned over to whisper, "Andy, it looks like Harry and the others have picked up Professor Snape's signal."
"Yes!"
Andy sighed, "Professor Snape is not having an easy time."
It was obvious that he was doing a good deed with good intentions, but he was always misunderstood as a villain.
It could be seen how important one's outward image and the way of dealing with others was.
Snape simply deserved to be misunderstood.
"Perhaps we can find out Voldemort's whereabouts while we're at it," Hermione suggested.
Andy nodded.
Before the Christmas break, Andy had originally made up his mind not to care about next term. As long as Hogwarts remained stable, even if there was a ruckus outside, it had nothing to do with Andy.
However, plans could not keep up with changes.
Andy and Hermione planned to go to Gaunt's old house to look for the Resurrection Stone during the summer holidays, which is also considered Voldemort's old home.
If they wanted to explore the Gaunt family's old house, Andy had to consider Voldemort's whereabouts.
Especially, Voldemort now had a helper and was ready to make things worse during the upcoming semester.
Andy suspected that Voldemort had probably secretly sneaked back into the British wizarding world.
"Let's see what happens first!"
Andy made a decisive stand, "There won't be any useful news from Harry and Ron's side, the key is still on Professor Snape's side. I'm going to stay a little longer after Potions is over."
Hermione nodded, "I think we can involve Professor Dumbledore if necessary."
"Are you crazy?" Andy exclaimed.
Is the young witch betraying the revolution and defecting to that senile Dumbledore's side?
"Don't forget our purpose, Andy!"
Hermione said with a straight face, "Our purpose is not to get the Deathly Hallows, but to prove that the gods are real."
"According to your deduction, Professor Dumbledore most likely possesses a Deathly Hallows ..."
Saying this, Hermione even glanced at Andy.
However, the matter of 'Dumbledore possessing the Deathly Hallows' was just Andy's speculation without any basis. But since Andy thought so, then Hermione would analyse it as a fact for the time being.
Hermione continued, "So we need to explain the truth to Professor Dumbledore at some point."
"You're not thinking of snatching the Deathly Hallows from Professor Dumbledore's hands, are you?"
Yeah!
The Deathly Hallows would surely be kept close to Dumbledore, unlike the Philosopher's Stone, which was just thrown into a random nook or cranny - would all those mechanisms be useful?
Andy thought about it, and Hermione's words still made some sense.
"Even if we have to explain to Dumbledore, at least it should wait until after we get the Resurrection Stone."
Andy said with a straight face, "In this way, we will have a bargaining chip in our hands."
Hermione blankly glanced at Andy without emotion, "I don't think Professor Dumbledore would covet your Resurrection Stone."
"That's hard to say!" Andy retorted.
"The Elder Wand, the Invisibility Cloak ... Once we get the Resurrection Stone, the three Deathly Hallows are all gathered at Hogwarts."
"And in the legend, the person who owns the three Deathly Hallows can become the master of Death."
"Even if you believe Dumbledore, we can't ignore this."
What if Dumbledore jumped to the opposite side?
Think about it, Dumbledore with three Deathly Hallows became the ultimate boss of the wizarding world - who else could beat him in that case?
Hermione frowned slightly, then nodded and said, "You're right, if we let the three Deathly Hallows be brought together, something bad might happen."
"After all, it is related to the Death, we do need to be careful."
Andy rolled his eyes at that.
Combining what I said for a long while, you are actually worrying about the Death plotting against Dumbledore?
What if it's Dumbledore exploiting Death?
