Chapter 250 - Chapter 250 A room where you can hide things

On Monday morning, the Ravenclaw had two Potions classes in a row.

At the end of the class, Andy secretly tugged on Hermione's arm and signalled with his eyes.

The young witch understood in seconds.

So Snape was met with a strange sight.

The class had already ended, but there were still young wizards who stayed in the classroom and refused to leave, how much did they love to learn?

If these two people are not Andy and Hermione ... well, no matter who it is, Snape will not give the other party a friendly look.

Almost the same time, as if it was the right moment.

Snape's face was as unpleasant as if he had eaten a fly.

"Professor ..."

Before Andy's words could barely form a start, Snape jumped ahead and said, "Collins, if you want to inquire about last night's events, I suggest you go to Dumbledore. You two seem like you have hit it off."

Since being interrupted by Andy many times, Snape had also realized the divine skill of 'interrupting'.

He didn't want to see Andy right now.

Nor did he want to hear Andy speak.

Don't ask him why, because even if you ask, there's no answer.

Would Andy be afraid of being interrupted? "Professor ..."

"Collins ..."

Snape used the 'interrupt skill' again, "You don't seem to care how you are perceived in other people's eyes ... even if the other person hates you."

Andy patiently listened to Snape finish, without the slightest thought of wanting to leave throughout.

When Snape finished speaking, Andy continued to speak, "Professor ..."

Snape: "..."

Andy said, "The Room of Requirement is on the seventh floor of the castle, and I think ... that's why Justin was attacked."

"On a side note, I can't control what people think of me, but ..."

Maybe someday I can control whether people live or die.

Snape: I have learned!

It doesn't matter if someone interrupts you, but he can't keep interrupting you. No matter what important thing he says, you have to finish what you are going to say.

For example, deduct points from Collins!

Pushing down the thoughts in his head, Snape looked at Andy.

But what?

Also, is the Room of Requirement on the seventh floor of the castle?

Snape remembered his search on the seventh floor of the castle with Dumbledore last night - they had searched every nook and cranny of the seventh floor and still found nothing.

Dumbledore was truly unreliable!

"You found the Room of Requirement?" Snape asked.

"Professor Snape!"

Hermione explained, "I discussed it with Andy last night, ever since Andy improved the Patronus Charm, there have been students who want to investigate Andy's secrets, they want to find out where Andy practised magic on a regular basis."

"Andy has been practising magic in the Room of Requirement."

"If someone searches the seventh floor of the castle, they would probably find the Room of Requirement and discover some secrets."

Snape: not really!

Snape's face didn't look too good; who was Granger connoting with that statement?

"Where is the Room of Requirement?" Snape asked.

Snape thought of Voldemort's Horcrux.

If Voldemort really did hide a Horcrux at Hogwarts, then he could very well be hiding it in the Room of Requirement.

"Professor, what kind of magic was used against Justin?"

Andy suddenly said, "Only by knowing that can I be sure that the reason he was attacked was because of the Room of Requirement."

Snape looked at Andy with a disapproving gaze.

Andy continued, "It was not easy to find the Room of Requirement, and I wasted a lot of energy to find it. That's my secret."

Snape's expression hardened a few more points, "A lot of his life force was absorbed."

Thinking that Andy also knew the secret of the Horcrux, Snape did not hide this matter.

Absorbed life force?

What kind of magic was this?

Andy looked at Snape and saw a 'you know' expression on his face.

It dawned on Andy.

They suspected it was Voldemort's Horcrux at work?

Voldemort had hidden a Horcrux in the Room of Requirement during his second job search?

How courageous!

Andy blinked and said, "There's a troll tapestry on the seventh floor of the castle, you have to pass in front of it three times and mentally think of the room you need, and the door to the Room of Requirement will appear."

So that's how it works!

Snape looked at Andy: you're so bored that you would pass back and forth in front of a tapestry three times?

"Anything else?" Snape looked at Andy as if he was going to murder Andy as soon as he uttered 'anything more'.

"That's all! There's nothing more!"

Andy got up and said, "Professor Snape, we'll go eat first then."

"Bye Professor." Hermione waved her hand.

She wasn't too scared of Snape now.

***

After finding out about the Room of Requirement from Andy, Snape immediately came to the Headmaster's office.

"... That's what happened."

Snape said slowly, "Collins didn't mention anything else other than the matter of the Room of Requirement."

Dumbledore looked as if he was relieved, "Collins did bring us a very important clue."

Voldemort had hidden the Horcrux in the Room of Requirement.

However, after a number of years, a young wizard, investigating Andy's secret, accidentally discovered the Room of Requirement and found Voldemort's Horcrux there.

The whole thing made sense.

Snape suddenly asked, "You really don't know where the Room of Requirement is?"

"Of course! Severus, as I've said more than once, I'm not omniscient."

Dumbledore said calmly, "Even if I am the Headmaster of Hogwarts, I don't know all the secrets of the castle. Not only the Room of Requirement, there's also the Slytherin's Chamber of Secrets ..."

"This thousand-year-old castle hides too many secrets, many of which are not even rumoured."

Snape stopped dwelling on the matter, "Shall we go to the Room of Requirement and investigate?"

Dumbledore nodded slightly, "Voldemort's dark magic item should have been taken away already, but ... we really should go over there and have a look."

Walking out of the Headmaster's office, Dumbledore and Snape made their way to the 'Trolls hitting foolish Barnabas with their clubs' tapestry.

"This is it."

Dumbledore thought, passing back and forth three times in the hallway in front of the tapestry.

A large door slowly appeared on the wall opposite the tapestry.

"This is the Room of Requirement?" Snape was a little surprised.

"It appears to be! Severus, let's go inside!" Dumbledore pushed open the door to the Room of Requirement.

Inside the door was a room that looked like a mountain of garbage.

Snape asked, "What did you demand?"

"A place to hide something," Dumbledore replied.

Snape looked at the room that looked like a mountain of garbage in front of him and followed Dumbledore inside.

It was indeed a good place to hide something.

A room to hide something?

Voldemort would indeed make that request if he wanted to hide his Horcrux.

What about ... the young wizard who wanted to find Andy?

Andy inexplicably disappeared on the seventh floor.

A room where you can hide something ... or someone?

There is also this possibility!
