Astronomy Tower, Hermione sat on the ground with her hands on her knees, looking up at the bright river of stars in the night sky, and it was difficult to calm her mind for a while.
In fact, Andy's words were somewhat empty and unrealistic.
Switching it to any adult, I believe that they would scoff at Andy.
In the thousands of years of history of the magic world, there was never a lack of amazing wizards.
Becoming a god?
What could Andy do that so many gifted wizards could not do?
Let alone other people, Andy himself, even if he had the system, Andy did not have much confidence in himself.
After all, Andy's system could only enhance talent, not directly increase strength. Even higher talent needed time and effort to be converted into real strength.
Moreover, the magic rules of the world of Harry Potter were completely different from the conventional magic world.
There was no such thing as a divided realm in this world.
There was also no relationship between the increase in magic power and magic attack.
Magic power could only represent the length of the blue bar, and the factors that could truly increase the magic attack were the 'skill level', as well as the utilisation of the power of the mind.
About becoming a god, Andy could be said to have no clue at all.
But Hermione was somewhat convinced.
She thought Andy could definitely become a great wizard like Dumbledore.
As for immortality, becoming a god, and other things like that, these seemed to sound a bit unbelievable. But Hermione had already realised that Andy had been working towards this goal.
Didn't Nicolas Flamel achieve immortality?
At this moment, Hermione was not only thinking about Andy, she was also thinking about her own future.
The young witch came to the magic world full of expectations, and she fantasised that she could become a powerful witch, and even fantasised that she could save the world one day.
Hermione had read many books.
Many people said that dreams in childhood were often defeated by reality when one became an adult.
"Andy, look!" Hermione suddenly exclaimed.
"I see it," Andy said.
A shooting star flashed by in the dark night sky.
"Actually, we can try hard to give it a try."
Hermione tilted her head back to look at the bright starry sky, her tone was slightly ethereal, "Like you said, it's really a bit disheartening if we just live out our lives in a mediocre manner."
Andy did not answer.
This kind of thing would be suitable for a small child to discuss.
Only children would work hard for unattainable dreams, and when they grew up a bit more, there would only be mediocrity left in their lives.
Andy opened the system and silently thought in his heart, 'I will rely on you!'
"Why don't you say something?" Hermione looked at Andy.
"I'm thinking about something." Andy calmly said.
Andy had the system, and could probably count on it if he tried hard. But Hermione had nothing, no matter how hard she worked, on the road of magic, it was difficult to achieve too much.
Dumbledore was the ceiling of the magic world.
"Weren't you quite the talker before?" Hermione hummed lightly.
"Aren't you sleepy?"
Andy stiffened and changed the subject, "We have class tomorrow, let's go to bed early!"
Hermione nuzzled and complained in a low voice, "Really, obviously the atmosphere is good tonight ..."
"What did you say?" Andy didn't catch it somewhat.
"Nothing, let's go back!" Hermione got up and patted the dust on her bum, her chin lifted, and she headed downstairs first.
Andy stood still for a moment and followed suit.
"Good night."
"Good night, see you tomorrow."
After parting ways in the common room, Andy and Hermione walked separately to the male and female dormitories.
Lying on his bed, Andy tossed and turned like a maggot, unable to sleep.
It always felt like he had tricked the little girl.
Andy had been consciously guiding Hermione all along, and tonight's showdown would more likely have a direct impact on Hermione's life.
There was no denying that Miss Know-It-All had been of some help to Andy.
The little witch's amazing memory could help Andy with a lot of study troubles.
But Hermione, apart from her memory, did not have any excessive talent in magic. She might be able to become a great wizard and master a lot of magic, but it was difficult for her to become a superb and powerful wizard.
The magic in this world was not something that could be learnt by memory.
"Forget it, why think so much."
Andy laughed, 'A child dreams well ... when she grows up, she has to face reality at the end.'
Andy felt that he might have messed up.
It's fine as long as Hermione can help herself, as for the future of the little witch ... as long as she has the strength, those are actually very easy to solve.
Snap!
Andy slapped his forehead.
'I forgot to talk to Hermione about the chamber of secrets.'
"It'll have to wait until tomorrow."
Andy covered the quilt and operated the Occlumency to empty his mind, allowing himself to force himself into a sleepy state.
***
Ring ring ring-
Hearing the ringing of the alarm clock, Andy braced himself from the bed and after a moment of confusion, Andy yawned and waved his wand to make the covers automatically fold over.
Washing up, getting changed, and waking up his roommate.
After doing the three things that he had done every morning, Andy looked in the mirror and walked out of the dormitory in a daze.
"Good morning, Andy." Hermione was up long ago and was currently sitting on the couch in the common room, looking at her second-year textbook.
"Morning!"
Andy greeted sleepily, "How did you sleep last night?"
"Not that bad!" Hermione raised an eyebrow, looking very refreshed indeed.
"Going to the Great Hall?" Andy asked.
"I just ran into Cho."
Hermione said, "She went back to her dormitory to get the books, you're pretty interested in Chinese magic books, I believe?"
When it came to that, Andy wasn't sleepy.
"Of course!" Andy said with excitement.
After waiting in the common room for a few moments, Cho Chang walked out from the girls' dormitory holding a stack of books.
"Andy, good morning."
Cho Chang greeted and placed the books on the coffee table with a 'bang', "These are the magic books from China, it's just that they're all the most basic books."
Andy said with a satisfied face, "Having these are enough."
Hermione looked at Andy and asked, "Andy, how's your Chinese language study progressing?"
"Not bad! What's wrong?" Andy said.
Hermione said with some embarrassment, "That...can I ask you to translate these books for me?"
"No problem!" Andy confidently gestured an 'OK' sign.
Casually picking up a book, Andy flipped the first page of the book while silently chanting in his mind 'not in the classical script, not in the classical script, not in the classical script'.
"Whew..."
Andy breathed a sigh of relief.
I told you, what era is this, even in China, it's impossible to write a book in the classical script, right?
After all, it was placed in a bookshop for sale.
This book was a basic introduction to the magic in China, belonging to the introductory level textbook. The text on it was also in simplified Chinese that Andy was familiar with, and belonged to the type that could be read.
'Very good! China's magic world, here I come!' Andy was a little excited
