"Ahhhhhhhhhh-"
Accompanied by a panicked cry, the car staggered towards the train and crashed straight down.
Bang!
With a violent shaking, the door of the passenger seat of the car opened with a bang, and Harry fell out of it.
In a moment of crisis, Harry grabbed the handle of the door and his whole body hung in the sky, barely keeping himself from falling.
In the driver's seat, Ron looked panicked, one hand gripping the steering wheel with a death grip, the other reaching out to try and catch Harry.
It's just that the car kept swaying, and Ron's hand was misaligned with Harry's several times. Forget about pulling Harry up, the car looked like it was about to crash into the train.
"It's Harry and Ron!!!"
Hermione exclaimed, "They're about to crash, we have to help them."
That being said.
But...how to help?
Cho Chang had already closed her eyes; as if she couldn't bear to look at the tragedy that was to follow.
Andy and Cedric pulled out their wands at the same time, even if it was of little use, holding it in their hands could be somewhat comforting.
At the moment of crisis, the lights of the car suddenly lit up, it seemed to have a thought of its own at this moment. After the body shuddered for a while, it suddenly stabilised itself and flew straight up against the roof of the train.
"It seems like everything's okay," Andy said.
Due to their perspective, the car could no longer be seen while sitting in the train compartment. But from what Andy saw at the end, the car's position seemed to have stabilised.
"Is that the Weasley's car?"
Remembering how Andy had talked about Mr Weasley's magic-altered sedan when they were strolling around the amusement park, Hermione said with a bit of exasperation, "Indiscriminately modifying muggle items willy-nilly with magic is simply irresponsible for the safety of their lives!"
"It's simply reckless!"
Andy shrugged helplessly at her words.
When nothing happens, it's all good no matter what. But once something really happened, no matter what was done, it would be wrong.
The results-only argument might not be correct, but in the vast majority of times, all we want is a result.
"Harry and Ron... did the two of them fail to get on the train?" Cho Chang asked curiously.
Hermione glanced at Andy and Cedric upon hearing this.
If she remembered correctly, Andy and Cedric were both Ron's neighbours.
"I'm not sure," Cedric said with a blank look.
Andy spread his hands and said, "Don't look at me, I don't know either."
Did Dobby screw up? Andy thought.
Dobby had tried to stop Harry from returning to Hogwarts, and if it hadn't given up yet, maybe it really had done it this time.
Seeing how angry and worried Hermione looked, Andy reassured, "Don't worry about it, we can't help at all, now we can only pray that the car will hold out until they reach Hogwarts."
Cedric said, "The person who transformed that car is a pro; I believe, that car already possesses a certain level of thinking."
"Has a thinking?"
Andy thought about the state of that car that really seemed to possess a certain degree of self-awareness, "Awesome!"
Is Arthur Weasley that great?
Andy was somewhat awestruck.
Giving dead things a certain degree of self-awareness, this was something that already belonged to the realm of alchemy.
Andy thought of those joke products made by the Weasley twins again.
Pureblood family, huh ...
Even if it had already fallen, their heritage was definitely beyond that of an ordinary Wizard family.
Andy was a little envious.
The Collins family had only entered the magic world for a few hundred years, and although they had also accumulated a lot of magic books, they were still not comparable to those wizard families that had been passed down for thousands of years.
But fortunately.
Due to the culture of the magic world, which has always been more about gold galleons than magic, those pureblood families don't pay much attention to their own book collections.
It would be better to put more effort into bribing the high officials of the Ministry of Magic than exhausting themselves to learn magic.
For example: the Malfoy family.
Talking about magic, Hermione quickly diverted her attention, "That car has self-awareness? How is that possible?"
"Think about the Sorting Hat!" Andy hinted.
"Oh!" Hermione paused to catch her breath.
Cho Chang said, "I noticed that when that car was about to hit the train, it seemed to take control of its direction automatically."
"Indeed!"
Andy nodded, "I don't know how Mr Weasley did that."
"Magic is amazing," Hermione exclaimed.
Magic?
Andy thought of artificial intelligence in his previous life.
Compared to those cutting-edge technologies, magic couldn't be considered magical.
In fact, if you think about it, magic is not as good as technology in many aspects.
No matter whether it is in terms of public consumption, or the degree of convenience, technology is superior in most aspects.
If there is any point that magic is better than technology, it is that the power of magic originates from oneself, and magic is the power that really belongs to oneself.
***
When the train arrived at Hogsmeade station, it was already completely dark.
Andy's group changed into their wizard robes in advance and followed the crowd down the train.
"After the second year, you don't have to participate in the lake crossing."
Cho Chang explained to Hermione and Andy, "Look over there, we're going to take those carriages to the castle."
Hermione looked in the direction Cho Chang was pointing and asked curiously, "No horses? How do those wagons move?"
While speaking, several wagons were already occupied, and the wagons began to move towards the front automatically.
"I think it's Thestral!"
Andy said, "That's an invisible magical creature, only those who have experienced death can see them."
"How do you know it's a Thestral? Can't it just be magic?" Hermione questioned.
Andy pointed to the reins and said, "Thestrals may be invisible, but they have to pull the wagon after all, just look at those reins."
Since it was so dark, if you didn't look closely, you couldn't see the reins that were tied to the Thestral.
"Oh!" Hermione got in the wagon expressionlessly and sat down.
Andy, Cho Chang, and Cedric followed suit and got into the vehicle.
After the seats were taken, the vehicle began to slowly drive towards the front.
"I seem to have heard ... something like the sound of hooves." Cho Chang was sitting in the front row and could vaguely hear the 'da-da-da-da' sound.
"I didn't think that Hogwarts could tame a magical creature like Thestral." Cedric marvelled.
Andy didn't say anything.
As they got closer and closer to Hogwarts Castle, the things that were on Andy's mind gradually turned into the Chamber of Secrets and the dark magic items left behind by Voldemort.
'With my reminder, I wonder if Dumbledore will be able to find that dark magic item.'
Andy thought in his mind, 'And the Chamber of Secrets ...'
The entrance to the Chamber of Secrets was located in the girls' lavatory on the second floor of the castle.
Andy had a bit of a headache.
The girls' lavatory ... was inconvenient to visit by himself!
It seems that it is also necessary to seek Hermione's help.
"Andy, what are you thinking about?"
Seeing Andy's mind wandering throughout, Hermione bumped Andy with her arm, "Cedric called you."
"Hmm?"
Andy snapped back, "Sorry, I was lost in thought. What did you just say?"
