The next morning, at nine o'clock on the dot, there was a knock on Silax's door. Silax was already up, and had taken his bath, he had even had breakfast.
Silax opened the door and let Rëwa and his apprentices in. Rëwa immediately set to work, as he began etching runes into the round plates the twins had placed the previous day.
Silax stayed and watched him worked just like he had yesterday, taking mental notes of everything he did, even though he didn't know the purpose for most of the runes he drew.
When it was a few minutes past seven, Rëwa asked the twins to pack up. They were leaving earlier than they did yesterday, but they had also been here since morning.
They had worked all through the day, although they did take a few breaks to rest, and have lunch. They had completed the etching for the floors and the wall at the far end of the hall.
