Later in the afternoon, Rëwa returned with two other elves. The two new elves looked identical, and they both carried huge boxes with them.
Rewa introduced both of them to Silax.
"This is Arwen and Aerin. They are twins, and they are my apprentices. They'll be helping me with the enchantments, so you'll be seeing their faces a lot."
Silax observed the two elves, he already figured they were twins when he saw them but was still astonished when Rëwa confirmed it.
Twins were uncommon amongst elves, with them only occurring once in every thousand births. The genetics of elves made it extremely difficult for the embryo splitting which resulted in twins to occur.
Silax welcomed the new elves, who also had a darker skin tone like Rëwa, identifying them as dark-elves native to the northern regions. He led the three of them to the training chamber so they could begin their work.
