Important -
1-The MC's stats do not grow the usual way ( by straining himself). His stats grow when he eats the core of mosters/humans stronger than himself.
It doesn't matter if he is level 1 or level 9, if he eats something stronger than himself his stats will grow appropriately. This means that he doesn't lose out by leveling up with non-SSS stats because his growth rate doesn't slow down.
2-It doesn't make sense for the only thing happening at Level up to be maybe getting a skill, so I will add a fixed Level up stat bonus for everyone, like a Title in a game that adds health or damage or whatever.
It's a small thing, I'm thinking 250 stats for lvl 2 (to everything but magic) , 750 (250+500) for lvl 3, 1500(250+500+750) for lvl 4, etc
This will be discrete math, not affecting calculations usually (explained as "feeling stronger than before")
This isn't something that I do to feel cool or try to make an AU, but is something that I think happens in the original since there seems to be an inexplicable difference in strength between peak lvl 1 compared to lvl 2, peak lvl 2 compared to lvl 3 (etc) that only Bell can bridge because he stacks his stats to SSS, countering this invisible bonus that comes with leveling up.
Think about it, if stats were everything, the difference between levels would be smaller the more one climbed since 1000 stats (lvl 1) is 50% of lvl 2000 stats (lvl 2) , but 6000 stats (lvl 6) is 85% of 7000 stats (lvl 7).
But this is not true, it seems like the gap between levels gets LARGER, NOT SMALLER.
Consider my theory and bring counter-arguments if you will. The difference could be developmental abilities for all I know.
