Zarchary gritted his teeth upon retracting his tendril, clearly disappointed at the fact Rem had escaped instantly. He then looked behind and gawked in amazement – the treasure that they had recovered… was gone as well.
"That was quick," He muttered under his breath as he observed the wisp of ashes, they had once been Aegi, "Even I didn't expect he would have Holy flames or even master Aegi's skill in a single moment – the Monster Monarch sure is a rare one,"
"I can sense some humans coming our way!" Zarchary spoke up and the others nodded, "Let's go, Let's chase down the Monster monarch!"
And they vanished into thin air just as Yokama and the others arrived, astounded at the amount of destruction that had occurred just under their noses – it was unnatural.
"They're nowhere to be found," Yokama muttered under his breath, he was sure he felt several powerful presences while coming here, "The Apprentices – everyone… Where did they go?"
