Maria stared at the Thunderbolt descending rapidly in her direction – her eyes flashing with murderous rage as she glared at the man that caused it all… Tobi.
Each Thunderbolt was heading for each person, including the Apprentices that were still in the battlefield – a clear testament that Tobi was planning to kill them off in one strike yet her expression remained resolute as she sprinted toward the Demon, her fists clad in soul energy which revolved like terrific flames – Tobi took a step back and pointed a finger at her, the thunderbolt descending upon the Instructor in an instant.
The ground parted as shards of rocks rose into the air, a brilliant shockwave blowing across the battlefield until nothing but the charred remains of the battlefield and smoke remained… Tobi was assured that Maria was dead, as the force generated by lightning was-
