As Ruby sighted the spider, she felt her insides shrink – the murderous intent pressed down upon her and made her breathing hard. She barely managed to glance at Rem who seemed to be taking in the effects of the murderous intent as well.
Ruby felt a hand slide over her nose and press down, then she felt another one go over her waist and before she knew it, she was heaved into the air. The captain carried her out of the small opening in the door and threw her to the other side of the wall with a resounding thud.
The door shut behind them and Ruby staggered upward, Rem was not amongst them and the looks in their eyes had changed… they seemed lustful.
'I knew it,' Ruby thought with a frown, 'But Rem… he was left in there by himself, he is going to die!'
She tried to extend a root toward the door but the Captain slashed it apart with a single swing.
