In the world of Primordiale, there is a group of people known as the Cursed. These individuals have been inflicted with the Giuramento Curse, also known as the Gods' Curse. This curse is manifested through technology and is both a gift and a responsibility. The bearer of the Gods' Curse is granted one special ability and the ability to travel to and from another world. However, the downside of the Giuramento Curse is that the bearer will be hunted by Sprata. The special ability granted by the Gods' Curse can take the form of any superpower. Sprata are manifestations of people's emotions and thoughts formed into evil spirits, and they hunt the cursed to grow stronger.
There was a Great Spiritual War that occurred five thousand years ago. Sprata were able to increase their numbers faster than Spranta due to humans' negative thinking patterns. The Great Spiritual War only ended because the world subdued Spranta and Sprata into a contract. The contract made it so that Spranta and Sprata couldn't interact with anyone who doesn't have Esprata energy or anything that would reveal them, and are forbidden from having another full-out war. However, Spranta and Sprata have been acting independently from the terms of the contract, which has caused the planet to create the Giuramento system.
The Giuramento system is a system where the planet forms a connection with its chosen inhabitants upon death. Esprata is the magic source in this world.

Tyler had lost everything he held dear in life, leaving him in a state of despair. He chanced upon a mysterious book that could potentially change his life. The book contained ancient knowledge on how to summon a powerful demon that could do his bidding.
However, this book was bound in human skin and contained dark, forbidden knowledge that could drive a person insane. Despite the risks, Tyler was desperate and willing to risk everything to gain the power he needed to take revenge on those who had wronged him.
He spent months preparing for the ritual, collecting rare and exotic ingredients, and drawing mystical symbols on the walls of his small apartment. Finally, the night of the summoning arrived. Tyler sat alone in the center of the room, surrounded by candles and incense, and began to chant the ancient words that he had memorized from the book.
As he wondered if he had made a mistake, a gust of wind blew through the room, and the candles flickered and went out. Tyler's heart raced as he heard a low growling sound coming from the darkness.
Suddenly, a massive demon with burning red eyes and razor-sharp teeth appeared before him. Tyler was filled with a mix of fear and excitement as he realized that his plan had worked.
He had summoned a demon, and it was now bound to do his bidding. "Who are you?" Tyler asked, trying to sound confident. "I am Azazel, the Great Demon of Darkness," the demon replied, its voice echoing through the room. Tyler could see its massive wings and the glow of its eyes as it spoke. "You have freed me, mortal. And for that, I give you the privilege of dying first."
somewhere else in The bustling citys' streets were filled with people going about their daily business, including a young woman whose eyes were fixated on her phone as she typed away a message to a friend. The woman wore a black suit that hugged her curves tightly. She looks like she's in her mid-twenties, with bright red hair that falls below her shoulders. Her eyes were also the same shade of red as her hair.
As she crossed the street, she suddenly heard a loud crash and saw a car hurtling toward her. With no time to react, the woman braced herself for impact, but instead of the expected collision, she was lifted off the ground by an unseen force. She looked around in confusion but couldn't see anyone nearby who could have saved her. The last thing she remembers seeing was the look of fear on the driver's face.
As the woman gathered her wits and regained her footing, she noticed a man standing a few feet away, staring at her with concern. Only then did she see the strange symbols etched into the air around him, glowing with an otherworldly light. The man quickly realized he had been seen and disappeared, shocking the woman. As she went home, her mind raced with questions about what she had just witnessed.
Little did she know, she had just encountered one of the "awakened" - individuals with extraordinary abilities who lived among regular people. In this world, the "awakened" aren't typical people. Although they may look normal, they possess abilities that ordinary people can't imagine. Some awakened can control the natural elements around them, like fire and water, while others have enhanced physical capabilities. Yet, their existence is still unknown to most.
The life of an awakened can be challenging. Despite the incredible power they hold, they stay hidden. In the awakened society, they have rules they must follow, including not exposing their existence to the mundane. To do this, the awakened must blend in with ordinary humans.
Meanwhile, a boy named Marcus Kurosawa lived far away from the woman and awakened. Marcus couldn't have been more than seventeen, yet he had striking features for his age. He stood around 5'9, with jet-black hair that drooped below his eyebrows and fierce black eyes. His nose sat between his two eyes, just above his pinkish lips.
Marcus had an abnormal build for someone his age, like an athlete. However, despite his toned physique, which he had honed through rigorous training, Marcus kept it concealed beneath his clothes. Despite his morning routine of brushing his teeth, splashing water on his face, and putting on his school uniform, Marcus couldn't shake off the feeling of dissatisfaction with his life. He had no close friends, no passions, and nothing that made him feel alive. Marcus was just a regular guy living a mundane life, going through the motions of his day-to-day existence. Or at least that's what people thought.
Marcus lived alone, and he had been doing so for nine years. When he was only seven, his mother ran away, leaving him alone with his father. Marcus's father would beat him whenever he was frustrated or angry. Although the beatings never stopped entirely, they did become less frequent when his father began dating a red-haired woman. After about a year of dating, his father proposed to her.
That same year, Marcus's father mysteriously died. The pathologist couldn't explain his death, but that didn't matter to Marcus. He had been slowly poisoning his father, just enough so it wasn't noticeable but also so his father's body wouldn't build an immune system against it.
Marcus had been trapped in a cycle of fear and pain for years but finally found the courage to break free. As he stepped out the door, he felt the cool breeze of the morning air on his face. Marcus took a deep breath, inhaling the sweet scent of fresh flowers that bloomed in the garden. The beauty of the world around him filled him with hope, and he knew he was ready to start a new chapter in his life.
As Marcus walked to school, he noticed an older man in a black hoodie slumping over on the side of the road. The man's face was hidden in the shadows of the hood, making it impossible for Marcus to see his features. Marcus thought he was just another beggar asking for money, so he tried to avoid eye contact and continued walking.
But as he walked past the man, he heard a raspy voice call out, "Excuse me, young man." Marcus turned his head, surprised that the man was addressing him. He paused, and the old man continued, "Do you have a moment to spare?"
Marcus hesitated, unsure if he should engage with the stranger. But something about the older man's voice piqued his curiosity, so he stopped and turned back to face him. "What do you need?" Marcus asked, keeping a safe distance.
The older man's voice was low and rough, and his words were slow and deliberate. "Would you mind helping me look with something?" The older man's words sent a shiver down Marcus's spine, and he took a step back, ready to run if necessary.
But something about the older man's gaze caught his attention. It was intense and penetrating, and for a moment, Marcus felt like the older man was looking straight into his soul. He couldn't explain it but felt drawn to the older man's energy.
"What do you want me to do?" Marcus asked, his curiosity getting the best of him.
The older man smiled, and his eyes twinkled with amusement.
"I want you to help me find something. Something that was lost. It's something thats very specail to me."
At first, Marcus was hesitant to engage with the older man. But as he glanced down at his watch, he realized he still had two hours left before school started. It only took him five minutes to get there. With a newfound sense of time, Marcus became more receptive to the older man's offer.
"After looking at the time on his watch, Marcus looked up at the older man. Without hesitation, he agreed to help.
"Okay, I have a little bit of time before I have to go to school," Marcus said to the old man.
The old man removed his hood, revealing white hair that streamed down just above his eyebrows. His brown eyes were shakey and couldn't seem to stay still.
"Thank you so much," the old man said as he led Marcus to an alleyway."
As Marcus and the old man walked down the dimly lit alleyway, a chill ran down Marcus's spine. He felt as if something was watching him. His eyes darted around, scanning the alley for any movement, but all he could see were the still forms of garbage cans and dumpsters lining the walls. Finally, Marcus turned back around. The silence only added to his unease, broken by the soft sound of dripping water. It was as if he was the only one in the world.
When Marcus turned back around, the old man was gone. It was as if the old man had never existed. He looked around in confusion. Marcus slowly started to make his way out of the alley. The Alleyway walls seemed to gradually become closer.
The feeling of being watched returned stronger, causing Marcus to break out in a cold sweat. He suddenly hears the sound of trash cans being knocked over. Marcus quickly turned around to the source of the sound.
To his surprise, there wasn't anything there. He only saw two knocked-over trash cans. Marcus heard a rustling sound coming from behind him. He turned around again, and as he turned around, he could feel his heart beating out of his chest. Now standing in front of Marcus was the old man.
The old man's reappearance caused Marcus to jump. "Sorry, I had to take care of something," the old man said, smiling sheepishly.
"you almost gave me a heart attack." Marcus said as he warily stepped back. He felt that there was something off about this old man.
The old man chuckled softly, his shaky eyes then locking onto Marcus. "My apologies, young man. I didn't mean to scare you. I just needed a moment to collect myself."
Marcus relaxed a bit, but the unease didn't entirely dissipate. "It's fine," he said, trying to sound normal again. "But can we hurry up and get to wherever we're going?"
The old man nodded and gestured for Marcus to follow him. As they continued down the alley, Marcus couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off about the old man. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but it was like the old man was hiding something.
