An icy gaze hung on Edmund as he tried pushing himself away from the captains tent. His heart raced as he could only watch as the demon general, Iris, raised her hand forming hundreds of icicles. Each on of them released, perfectly placed and shattering each human, elf and demi-human that it came into contact with.
"CHARGE!", a familiar voice rang out followed by a stampede of steps.
From the east and the west, thousands of the allied forces rushed towards the camp, each one of them led by Renny and Retaca. Edmund flicked his gaze from one to the other, a sense of pride welling up inside of his chest.
"You two … but why?", he coughed out as Renny lifted him, propping him up using how own shoulder.
