Milo tossed a small yellow item into the air, "Anyone know what this is?", he said, turning it over in his hand.
Ellen, Kamil and Kwaki all fell into line with the rest of them as Milo sat atop a small wooden box. In his hand, what appeared to be a still pumping yellow heart seeped blood that slowly trickled down his thin forearms. With each pump, Milo felt a strange pull in the palm where the heart was resting.
Everyone shook their heads in response, everyone bar Azz who stepped forward looking astonished at the item. Milo looked towards Azz, noticing his expression, then looked back at the heart. He slowly stretched out his hand, passing it over to the former demon king.
Azz gently clasped it between his hands, lifting his left hand he peered at it, "Unbelievable …", he mumbled with awe, fully revealing the heart once more.
"It truly is a plasma heart", he chuckled, flipping it over in his hand and revealing a small engraving on the back of it.
