Marcos began to tell Milo exactly what happened when he approached the woman. It only happened 2 hours ago.
Marcos made his way through the castle town towards the estate James' family was staying at. He found out from a knight that every inn had refused them, and they had to house them in one of the King's other homes that was normally reserved for special guests.
As Marcos made his way through the gates, he noticed the woman taking a stroll through the garden. He was relieved that he wouldn't need to speak with James, but he started to wonder why she was alone.
"Hey!", Marcos called out to her, slightly startling her.
"Oh …", The woman muttered, "It's you".
Marcos continued down the path where the woman waited for him. He reached out his hand, pointing towards a bench isolated from any windows or doors. Marcos couldn't think of anything worse than needing to deal with James overhearing their conversation.
