The Court Officials unanimously bowed to the Emperor as he left. The morning assembly had come to an end. Before leaving, Weisheng looked around to find Hou Hai. He saw him walking down the stairs in his majestic robes.
Weisheng quickly rushed up to him and grabbed his arm, "Your Highness," He called him, leaving his arm as he turned around to face him.
Hou Hai quickly clasped his hands and bowed, "Greetings to Big Brother."
"You've stopped coming to see me," Weisheng complained, "You didn't come to see me during your ascension ceremony either."
Hou Hai's eyes widened slightly, "You were there? I thought you hadn't come."
"Why wouldn't I show up?" Weisheng sighed, "Either way, you owe me a meal."
Hou Hai chuckled and nodded, "It's my bad. I've just been too busy these days. The Empress Dowager recently picked a wedding date, so I've been busy preparing for it."
