Keeping Lianhua steady, Xiaoling kept her back straight and treaded slowly. Weisheng walked with his horse behind her, staying on the ground in case she needed his help.
Whenever Xiaoling felt unsteady, Weisheng would just hold the reins for her. They stopped for rest occasionally, getting back on the horse and practicing further.
When Weisheng felt confident enough in Xiaoling's balance, he only mounted his horse to follow her comfortably.
"Are you enjoying it so far?" He asked as he aligned his horse with hers.
She slowly turned to him in fear of losing balance, showing him her bright smile. As long as he could tell she enjoyed it, he could rest assured. The two continued their horse riding until a point before deciding to return lest it got too dark.
