Weisheng was speechless. He wanted to scold the Arbiter, but he had promised not to. After all, it made sense. Sealing memories was a great feat even the Jade Emperor wasn't capable of. The Arbiter and the Jade Emperor were the highest entities of the three realms and seven continents, but even they couldn't defy laws set by nature.
Weisheng grabbed his head, taking his seat again, "What should I do about you?"
The Arbiter smiled, "Just protect us. Did you not return to protect us?"
Weisheng sighed deeply, throwing his head off the chair and looking at the ceiling. This was truly unfortunate.
"Who else knows about this?" Weisheng asked.
"Only His Majesty knows that we are powerless, do not fret," The Arbiter assured him, "We are uncertain why the God of War arrived at our doors. It is a major offense. We can safely assume that he must have solid intel."
