The Arbiter took Weisheng out on a walk. For concealment purposes, he addressed Weisheng as Heaven's Advocate.
"This is the palace of Lord Peng Rong, the God of Honor," The Arbiter pointed at the huge and lavish palace. "He didn't take part in the war, rather he instigated it."
Weisheng scanned the palace with the corner of his eyes. He remembered a little about the God of Honor, but not enough to despise him.
"How would you rate his crime, Lord Arbiter?" Weisheng asked casually.
The Arbiter looked at the palace, then at Weisheng, "It was similar to our crime. The God of Honor considered Ling'er's death a stain on the values of honor. If that angers you, he may be your target." The Arbiter explained calmly.
"And his underlings? Do they believe in that nonsense, too?" Weisheng frowned.
The Arbiter looked away, "Lord Advocate, we suggest not going for clans and sects, but the leaders. Do you not think punishing the leaders is enough?"
