Hou Hai quickly clasped his hand and bowed toward Lady Ren and Weisheng. His expression seemed perplexed. Lady Ren wondered if he heard their conversation.
"Good thing you're here," Lady Ren smiled, "We don't need to send for you," She chuckled and looked at Weisheng, "Am I right?"
Weisheng took the hint instantly and chuckled, "Right, right. Come join us. Lady Ren built an Ancestral Hall for the late Goddess Changying. You should come and pray for her as well."
Hou Hai's eyes slightly widened as he looked at Lady Ren, "Lady Ren is always the most thoughtful," He said in a shaky voice, clasping his hands and bowing to show respect, "I can't thank you enough for being kind to my Master."
Lady Ren slowly raised her hand to push his hands back up, "Kindness is the best virtue of man. Never forget that."
Hou Hai smiled and stepped aside, pointing at her carriage, "Please, then."
