After contacting Kang Peizhi, Ru was able to be summoned to the Arbiter's Hall solely because he mentioned he had a message to relay. Kang Peizhi escorted Ru to the courtyard where the Arbiter was busy writing documents. The plum blossoms over the pavilion were in full bloom, their petals falling over the Arbiter's documents.
It was quite a sight for Ru since the Mortal Realm was as cold as it could get. The snow was thick, and only the fire made it bearable. In the Heaven Realm, the never-ending spring made Ru envious.
Ru let his thoughts drift away and greeted the Arbiter with clasped hands and a bow, "Greetings to Lord Arbiter, I'm Ru from Liuli Sect, sent by Lord Advocate to relay a message."
The Arbiter gracefully set his brush aside and gestured to Ru to have a seat. Ru felt privileged and honored to even be offered to sit before the Arbiter. He bowed to show his gratitude before taking his seat.
