The students of class 3-E all stood in front of their desk, holding sword, nunchucks, Bo-staffs, ect. As a 7,0 350lb man walked in and stood in front of the desk in front of the classroom. He took a bite of his sandwich and he looked at the students. "Go!" As he said that, one of the kids in the front row dashed at him and swung his sword sideways. "Too slow!" The man ducked and watched the sword dodge him. But that wasn't it after the boy swung the sword, a girl came, jumped on his desk and front flipped, turning it into a kick. "Nice one!" The man yelled with a smile and dodged it.
The man stood grinning as the students launched their surprise assault. This amused him.
The boy with the sword was fast, but lacked control - an easy dodge. And the acrobatic girl showed spirit, even if her form was sloppy. Her kick whistled past his ear by a hairsbreadth.
"Working as a team, you might stand a chance!" He taunted.
This spurred the others into action. Hiroto whipped a weighted chain that should have ensnared the man, but he slipped within its looping arc and jabbed pressure points, dropping the boy stiff as a board.
Megumi's nunchucks spun threateningly, but the man caught them in mid-whirl, yanking her off balance. "You'll have to do better!"
Just then, Tomohiro leapt atop desks, pole vaulting with staff extended like a spear. The man leapt to meet him, seizing the weapon and using Tomohiro's momentum to flip him onto his back with a wheeze.
"A valiant effort, but coordination is key!" The man said between bites of his sandwich. "Keep working as one, and you may finally defeat me!" Then all of the students just attacked him at once but he easily managed to manure out of the way and take them out gently but hardly.
He watched with approval as Sora helped her friends regroup for another attack. The students breathed heavily as none of their attacks worked.
Sora looked at the man and smacked his teeth. "How did this all happen? We're class 3-E, the worst class in the school of Kunugigaoka, and now, we're fighting for our lives against this…perfect fighter."
After the fight.
Karasuma stood in front of the class while the man spun around in his seat playfully. "Alright, class, as you may know, half of the government has been taken over, and this man killed him." Karasuma explained, while pointing to the man, who put his thumbs up playfully. "That's right, and approximately," The man checked his watch."When you graduate, I will take over the world." He explained with a sinister smile, sending a shiver down the student's spine.
Karasuma sighed as he went back to explain. "This man isn't a normal human, his attacks are faster than the human eye can perceive and so strong he can make a hole in a concrete wall, his fighting prowess is very high and he's good at every martial art in the world. But, he signed a contract, he offered not to kill any of you in exchange that he could teach you how to beat him and be a martial artist ninja, or whatever the hell that means."
The students glanced warily between their intimidating new teacher and Karasuma's stern instructions.
"Taking over the world sounds like a lofty goal," said Sora skeptically. "What makes you think you can do what no one ever has?"
The man eyed her shrewdly, appreciating her gumption. "Everything starts as an impossible dream. But with the right abilities and ambition, anything can be achieved. I have mastered things you could scarcely imagine!"
He rose in from the chair and in a flash the desk was broken clean in half. "Like I said, you can't touch me with normal means. But if any graduate is capable of defeating me, then I'll concede my goal is unrealistic."
Sitting back down, he leaned back with arms behind his head. "Consider this your training to save the world from a tyrant. I expect great things from you all by graduation!"
Karasuma sighed heavily. "Just focus on the task assigned - taking down our target. The rest is delusional ravings, but if you succeed, you get 30 million dollars."
The students gulped at the casual display of their teacher's inhuman abilities. Breaking a desk with his bare hands like it was nothing... They shared a look, knowing this would be no easy task.
But Hiroto's eyes burned with resolve. "We accept your challenge. 30 million dollars AND saving the world - what student could refuse?"
A smirk tugged at the man's lips, pleased by their spunk. "Very good. Then our lessons begin!"
Outside in the front yard
The kids were in a push up position but their legs were held up off the ground, in a calisthenics position. Sweat dripped from their forehead as their arms shook. "Oh come on! How does he expect us to do this?! We're children!" Tomohiro said while gritting his teeth. "And also, look at his form! It's perfect!" He shouted as he saw their teachers' calisthenics balance.
The students grit their teeth, pushing their weakness away with pure force of will.
"Less complaining, more pushing!" Boomed their perfect sensei from where he hovered effortlessly on straight arms, not a drop of sweat on his flawless form.
Tomohiro growled with frustration. 8 hours have passed, and their teacher made feats of strength look so easy while they still struggled. But giving up was not an option now.
Their teacher threw back his head and laughed, forever amused by their fiery hope. "Admirable words, little ones! But your limit is here while mine remains distant. Now, 150 reps of knuckled one arm push ups- I want to see your resolve in motion!"
Groans and grunts arose as they pushed minds and flesh to the point of breaking. After the reps they students fell on the ground while groaning, while their sensei stood up and cracked his back. "Alright student, this is your first assignment: I've taught you 3 martial arts used in mma, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and judo. Now, I want Hiroto, Tomohiro, and Kimimaro." When he said that, the three boys hesitantly walked up to him and stood on the side of him. Murmurs of worry filled the air as the students saw the boys. "Now, if these three can land one hit on me, you all can go home early, but if you can't…I'll take over the world right now and put you all under slave labor." He said with a feeling of darkness radiating from his body.
The kids all looked incredibly scared as he said this and out of nowhere, Tomohiro threw a high Muay Thai round kick at their sensei. "No hesitation huh?" The sensei laughed as he blocked the kick. "One can't accomplish anything by hesitation, you taught us that." Tomohiro said as Hiroto came behind the sensei and judo flipped him in the air. As soon as the sensei was in the air Kimimaro came in and attempted a flying knee. "This is pretty dangerous," The sensei thought to himself as he threw the trio causing them to be sent flying in the air. "I've only taught them for a couple of hours, and they're this fast?"
As he lost his train of thought, Hiroto grabbed his arm with a chain, pulled him in and swung his fist at him. "This chain again? Hiroto is really committed." He dodged the punch and quickly invisible kicked Hiroto in the stomach. "Ack!" Hiroto gagged in agony as he fell to his knees. "One down, two more to go."
Megumi observed the fight with a hand on her chin. Sora walked by her. "You noticed it too huh?" As Sora said this Megumi looked shocked. "Sora?" She said and turned to Sora. "The teacher isn't holding back, but he's also not going all out. It's as if he wants them to hit him. I mean, this is a man who dodge bullets in point blank range and casually split cars in half, and he can't beat two junior high students?" Sora explained as Megumi clenched her fist. "I don't understand why he's doing this, if we don't have anyone who could kill him by graduation day, he's gonna enslave the whole world. So why is he giving us a chance in a dumb game?" Megumi explained in anger.
Back to the fight, Tomohiro and Kimiharo breathe heavily as they face their sensei. "Hiroto is down, if he would have done his jiu jitsu instead of that rusty ass chain he would've still been up." Tomohiro muttered to Kimiharo. "That throw he hit us with really did a number on me, I don't know if I'll be able to take another hit." Kimiharo muttered back.
"Okay, enough of this now, none of you are capable of hitting me, so maybe I'll just take over the world no-" He said but was interrupted when he felt a light fist tap his stomach. "One hit." Hiroto said with a smirk as he was on the ground.
Everything was quiet and a sweat dripped down the sensei's cheek. All of a sudden the other students started running to Hiroto and celebrated loudly.
The Sensei threw back his head and laughed heartily. "Well done, Hiroto! To think, after only a few short days, one of you has landed a blow. You show truly astounding growth."
He helped Hiroto to his feet, pride gleaming in his eyes. "You taught us, a true strategist lies and waits for the opponent to get off his guard, and then strikes hard." Hiroto said with a groan as the student carried him.
Turning to the gathered class, he boomed, "Check your egos at the door - there is much to learn. But never doubt your potential! Through unity and refusal to surrender, all things can be accomplished."
Sora tilted her head thoughtfully. "You aim to uplift us Sensei, not merely defeat. Yet your true goals remain shrouded. Why train us so, if not to one day confront what you've created?"
The Sensei smiled enigmatically. "All things in due time, clever one. For now, know that you train not merely for a reward, but to transcend the limits imposed by mediocrity. To walk uncommon paths and seize destinies others deemed impossible!"
The students smiled and then Sora thought of something. "Guys, we should make a name that we call him." The students murmured in agreement and they all thought of a name. "I got it: Saikyõ sensei! It's Japanese for "'strongest'." Hiroto explained and the kids thought about it. "Saikyõ sensei, I like it!" The students agreed on the name. "But I have a name, Saikyõ sensei would work I guess." The sensei yelled sadly but they just ignored him.
And so their training under Saikyõ sensei began, the key to both their futures and the fate of the world.
