"Well...." Bob Gaye had a complicated look on his face as he glanced at his colleagues. He very much knew that every injured or sick animal in each district were normally taken to the wildlife rehabilitation center of said district.
It wouldn't have been a problem to go look for Peter's pet monkey, except that the procedures and rules in the wildlife center were quite exhausting and time consuming that by the time they saw the monkey, the day would be far spent. And this Bob Gaye and his colleagues tried to patiently explain to Peter but the kid would have none of it.
Peter was adamant in searching for Kalima as he stubbornly still insisted that they head over to the wildlife rehabilitation center. After sometime of back and forth pleading and argument, the child service agents had no choice but to bend a little to Peter's wishes as they all drove together to the wildlife center in Pennsylvania.
