Wen Mingye felt sad thinking how sad it must have been for his father to stay at Longwei Hall for almost his whole life and never going out. It was sad when the person you wanted to visit you ended up not showing up in your entire life. When Wen Mingye sat down contemplating for a while,he suddenly remembered something interesting. He went to check up on Wen Qi. Maybe the little angel would lift his spirits just by acting cute.
Before he could stay with the baby for a while he was informed about Wen Xiang's arrival at the palace and had to go meet her. Their strong brother- sister bond was still intact even after she got married. She was the only person who could tease him like in the past without caring about his current status as the emperor.
