Time: 08:50. Location: Moon Lake, Green Zone.
13 days until the honey festival.
Moon Lake is one of the deepest lakes in the world, with a maximum depth of approximately 650 meters, and a crescent shape that gives it its name. The lake offers some of the most beautiful scenery to be found in the Green Zone, both in winter when its surface becomes a dark frozen mirror, and in the current prime where dragonflies can be glimpsed flying over the jetty poles. However, there is no soul nearby, and that is due to the message placed on the shore. The wood of the sign is old, a thing that hints at many decades, but the paper of the message seemed renewed a few months ago and reads:
Even though the situation may seem difficult, remember that your life is precious and unique.
Take care of your life.
