Once the bursting aura cleared Shiro just stood there with no major change expect his eyes turning black.
Shiro: "Huh? This feels wired. I feel like I'm a totally different person right now."
In that split second Chiyo charged again at him, but this time it was different.
Shiro: "Shocked" "I can see it? Before I couldn't even see him moving, but now he's as slow as a snail."
Shiro managed to easily evade Chiyos attack by leaping upwards when suddenly Kageboshi started talking to him.
Kageboshi: "How is it? Do you feel the change in your body? Now that I'm lending you my strength it should be easy to defeat him, but don't kill him yet. We still need some intel.
Shiro: "Firstly, thanks for lending me strength and secondly, I know the importance of getting intel out of him you don't need to tell me, but keep in mind that I hate taking orders."
Kageboshi: "Huh! Prideful bastard. Ok then I won't order you around, but don't forget that your life was on my hands just a moment ago."
Chiyo stunned that someone managed to evade his spear twice tried to counterattack, but to no use. Each of his hits were being reflected by Shiro and for the first time in his life Chiyo felt like an alpinist facing a mountain he can't conquer.
Chiyo: "How can this be possible? No one has managed to evade me for this long!"
Yamitsuki: "Chiyo don't lose your cool! He might be strong, but look at his appearance. It's guaranteed that he lack the needed connection with his demon to utilize his full power so you just need to keep attacking till you find an opening."
Kageboshi: "Hey you idiot. Listen up-"
Shiro: "WHO ARE YOU CALLING AN IDIOT?"
Kageboshi: "Will you just SHUT UP and listen for only one moment?"
Kageboshi: "If this keeps going on you will lose since the supply of power I can give you is still limited."
Shiro: "Why is that?"
Kageboshi: "Since this is your first time hosting a demon your body can't handle all the pressure of harnessing my power as a result the supply will cut after a period of time. He seems to have caught onto that and is fighting just to stall for that single moment."
Shiro: "Ok, I understand, but how do I end this he's leaving me no time to exploit his openings?"
Kageboshi: "There's a way to, but you need to create some space from him."
Shiro: "OK"
Shiro than sent a kick at Chiyo which was easily blocked, but managed to knock Chiyo back a bit.
Kageboshi: "Ok listen up now, this is what you should do."
Chiyo stayed stunned as he saw Shiro, but his hand on the ground and a hole appearing beneath him. Every fiber and instinct in Chiyos body was telling him to attack immediately while he still had the chance. He immediately charged, but it was too late.
Shiro: "From the depths of hell I summon you my loyal servant, The Demon Sword ONIMARU!"
A beautifully braded katana which looked like it was made by only the finest blacksmiths the world had appeared from the hole.
Yamitsuki: "CHIYO RETREAT OR IT'S OVER!"
Yamitsuki Thinking: "That's the noble sword Onimaru which only the royalty are allowed to use! Who in the world is he? Don't tell me he's-"
Shiro took the sword in his hand and immediately saw a million opening in Chiyos body which would result in his defeat.
Kageboshi: "GO NOW KID! THE TIME SLOWING EFFECT OF ONIMARU IS ONLY TEMPORARY SO IF YOU DON'T HURRY IT'S ALL OVER FOR US!"
Shiro knew exactly what he had to do and strike Chiyo with all his might sending him flying and leaving him unconscious."
Kageboshi: "Huh! I nearly thought you were going to kill him in that hit."
Shiro: "I'm not dumb I saw which of his opening would result in a fatal blow and avoided them on purpose, but that's not important now I need to save Yui."
Kageboshi: "You don't have to worry about her since he seems to have just casted a sleeping spell on her so she will be out for a while. You can untie her, but the most important thing right now is to question that guy."
Kageboshi/Shiro: "….."
Kageboshi/Shiro: "Where the f*ck did he go now."
Chiyo was crawling on the ground and barely managed to escape with a few broken ribs because of Yamitsukis powers.
Chiyo: "Sh*t I lost! Sorry, Yamitsuki even with your power I couldn't defeat him."
Yamitsuki: "There's nothing to be sorry about. I don't think you could have won even if you were able to use my full powers, but I guess you were lucky to escape that."
Chiyo: "That power was tremendous. What troubles me the most is the fact that he was wielding that much in that early state. If I want to defeat him and protect this world I will need reinforcements."
Yamitsuki: "If I'm right about that demos identity, you will need way more than you think. Especially since he wasn't meant to be here in the first place."
Shiro: "Ah, I'm really tired. After all that fight I had to send Yui home without her parent's noticing which didn't prove to be hard at all with these new powers, but I'M STILL P*SSED about the fact that that guy escaped."
Shiro: "Well it doesn't matter now since Yui is fine and I'm finally in my sweet bed right now desperate for some sleep."
Kageboshi: "Good idea kid I also need to replenish some of my powers."
Shiro: "AH! YOU'RE STILL HERE?"
Kageboshi: "Of course I am you moron. If I wasn't you couldn't use my powers any longer."
Shiro: "Ok than, but please don't make any noise I really want to rest right now."
What lazy Shiro didn't realize is that his sweet rest would last only an hour and a half.
Ai: "SHIIIIRO! WAKE UP YOU LAZY SLOTH!"
She immediately rushed into his room and smacked him awake.
Shiro: "WHAT THE F*CK WAS THAT EVEN FOR?"
Ai: "IT'S 8:30 AND YOU'RE STILL IN BED. DID YOU FORGETT THAT YOU PROMISED TO VISIT YOU GRANDPARENTS TODAY AT 8."
Shiro Thinking: "Sh*t I totally forgot about that after all what happened tonight."
Ai: "Oh and one more thing. Who exactly gave you permission to speak to me with that foul language?"
Shiro immediately turned white from fear and realized that massive screw up.
Ai: "Seems I will have to reteach you manners."
Shortly Shiro would remember the pain he felt that day for the rest of his life.
