Siyeon stumbled into her house after another long day of work.
Being an overworked minimum-wage employee, Siyeon would always return to her empty, messy home late. Looking around tiredly, then nearly dropping dead before realizing her work was still, either not done, or being forced onto her nearly immediately.
Oh, how she wished she could just quit her job and laze around her house all day, but, she has to pay her bills somehow.
"Ugh...today was even worse than the last!" Siyeon grumbled on as she took off her shoes and entered her home, her ears ringing from the customers yelling at her all day long to fix something she had no business with.
Siyeon worked in customer service, it wasn't a job she liked, but one she needed.
After entering her house, Siyeon immediately had the bright idea to play games instead of taking care of herself.
Huh, how smart, right?
Siyeon glanced at the clock placed across from her, surrounded in cleanly carved wood.
"Ah! I still have some time to speed-run my game again!" Siyeon nearly jumped in happiness as she ran towards her couch and sat herself down.
Despite her tiring and depressed image, Siyeon actually loves to read manhwas, novels, and most of all... play her favorite otome game, 'When the Light of the World Loves!' It's the only thing that can relieve her after a long day of work, having played the game at least a hundred times, she memorized everything about it!
She even played as the villainess multiple times to try and earn the male leads affection or even a good ending.
But alas, she fails every time. "Oh my fucking-- Ugh! This is so annoying! If I were the villainess for real, Id be able to clear the game easily!" Siyeon blurts out in a fit of rage.
"Bet." A serene-like voice could be heard throughout her apartment, bouncing off the walls as she fails to comprehend what just happened fast enough.
"Wait, wha--"
A white light suddenly blocks Siyeon's view.
"--t...The fuck?!" Siyeon looks around. The warmth of light could be felt across her skin. It seems so...Unreal, the scent of a pricey vanilla cake could be smelt through a large room.
A large room that seemed to be her room.
If not for the sensations that she'd felt already and the murmurs of the people around her, she'd think shes currently dreaming.
Calming herself down, Siyeon proceeds to take in everything around her.
The blindingly white room that was only colored by the gold accents of the room, the children's toys put in a neat place easy of reach, a large and soft bed that could make anyone simply want to lay there and rest for their entire lives.
This scenery...It seemed very familiar was what Siyeon thought.
Then, it clicked, as if a bright light bulb was placed on top of her head, Siyeon realized what was happening. She's been transmigrated.
Not as some nobody, but as an extremely important character in a game she had been playing for years on end now.She was Amethyst Rosethorne, the Villainess destined to die in her favorite otome game.
"Wait a second... what just happended?!" Siyeon attempts to recollect her thoughts, mumbling, "I was just in my room playing 'When the Light of the world loves,' when...A voice suddenly sucked me into the game..."
"Usually, this would've been a problem, but...Amethyst has a huge golden spoon in her hands! I'll never have to work under someone again!" Siyeon smiled brightly, her hands clasped together as she thanked the voice that brought her here.
Siyeon had no friends, no family nor anything she actually cared about. So, in her mind this was perfect...Well, perfect until she realized something crucial."This is great, but I will end up dying anyway! So what was the point!?" Amethyst yells, well, in her mind at least.
Feeling dejected, Siyeon falls down and allows herself to sink into her big, fluffy bed.
"Actually, I guess I'll make an attempt to survive. After all, the voice who brought me here only reacted after I stated that I would get the villainess a good ending. So, I guess its my responsibility now...Great. Work." Siyeon--no, Amethyst whispers tiredly as she rubs her temples.
"Okay...lets go over the game."
"The Heroine, Felicity, is a marquise's daughter who transfers to the Royal academy after being recognized for her immense talent for magic, right... There is magic here...Anyways, after transferring, she quickly gets the attention of the 3 love interests, Prince Aster, the Crown Prince and the main romance route, Shane, the Royal knight and Prince Aster's best friend, and Levi, the mage that excels at magic and knowledge. Once Felicity transfers to the Royal Academy, shes also loved by everyone, gaining the hate of the villainess, me. The villainess also has a one-sided love for Prince Aster after her debutant ball, aiming to hurt the heroine every chance she gets because of this. The heroine has to kill the demon lord at the end and purify the world. In the end, the villainess's evil deeds are revealed and the villainess gets executed. It's cliche but I'll still eat it up every time."
Amethyst turned her body around, facing flat down on the bed.
"This is the problem...Still, it's quite easy to fix. I'll simply treat the heroine right and gain the favor of everyone, not that favor is important but I still wanna be treasured in this life." Amethyst says as she suddenly pounds on her bed, worrying the maids by the door.
"I-I think the princess is mad..." One maid says
"Oh no, what should we do?" Another maid says as they frantically look for a way to calm down Amethyst.
Amethyst looks at herself and then the maids around her, "At this point, I'm probably 8 years old. Being the beloved daughter of the most prestigious duke in the kingdom, I've always had my way."
Amethyst paused for a second before continuing, "I haven't been that bad at this age surely..." Amethyst mumbled as she looked around her large room, filled with many luxurious things that Siyeon couldn't have even glanced at in her past life.
"Okay then!" Amethyst said proudly, "I'll fix everything and block my road-way to doom!"
"First of all, I've got to make amends with all of the servants!" Amethyst says as she quickly gets up from her bed and turns to the two maids in her room, "I'm going out, please get me something cute and fashionable to wear"
"Surely I can be at least this dominant," Amethyst grumbled.
She looked in the mirror in across from her, "Really cute..." She thought as she touched her own face in admiration.
"From Amethyst's high yet oddly cute and demanding voice to her face and body, I'd surely want to give her everything too." Amethyst said, nodding in agreeance to herself.
"Of course, my lady" The young maid says, she had brown hair with freckles and pale skin, her A60 blue eyes completing her clean look while the other maid had peach-colored hair with beautiful innocent green eyes.
"Thank you," Amethyst said happily, the maids couldn't help but smile sweetly.
"Those two must be my personal maids." Amethyst thought to herself with a grin spreading through her pale face. "I guess I'll trust them for now."
A few moments later, Amethyst was finished getting dressed.
Amethyst looked, serene to say the least, especially for an eight-year-old child. "How do I look?" Amethyst said with a spin.
"Perfect."
"An angel.."
"I'll take it that I look good then... still.. isn't this a little much..." Amethyst thought tiredly, looking at herself in the mirror embedded with white pearls and a purple bow wrapped behind it.
Brightly shining purple eyes that could be compared to amethysts, therefore her name, and swift dark purple hair comparable to irises, the scent of lavender spreading throughout her body as she pouted her red-pinkish lips slightly.
Amethyst's cheeks shown a light peach color as she stared at her pale complexion in the mirror.
She seemed to shine more brightly today.
