It had been four years since Toma arrived on Namek and the six year old was going through the stances of the fighting style Nail taught her, she had been trying to create her own style based off of it and made little progress, her attention was grabbed when a Namekian shouted at her.
"Hey Toma, will you help with my crops?"
Looking over she squashed her Saiyan instinct to scoff, these people had fed her, and gave her a bed to sleep in, so the least she could do is chores, plus it's a good work out.
Walking over she began pulling the crops from the ground while making her way around the field, causing her to work up a sweat. After spending a few hours helping the Namekian with his field and some others who asked when she finished his, she dropped to the ground, her legs crossed, with her hands on her lap.
She had been meditating more due to Elder Guru's request, he had told her that having rage and hatred was okay, but it shouldn't control her as it would make her sloppy, and the last thing she wanted was to faulter when she had the chance to kill that bastard.
It also helped that meditation cleared her mind and gave her momentary peace from her anger, it was the main emotion that drived her and she rarely had time for another emotion, except for bliss when she ate food.
Letting silence enter her thoughts, she meditated for an hour, once done she opened her eyes and looked around, Namekians were walking by her, some glancing at her every so often, 'I wonder if Nail will teach me to fly now?' She mused to herself, shrugging, she climbed to her feet and approached Guru's house, entering, she found Nail standing next to Guru, arms crossed as he stared at her.
"Yo! Nail! Will you teach me to fly?"
"No."
A pout formed on her face, "Why not?"
"You aren't ready."
"When will I be ready?"
"When I say you are."
Toma crossed her arms in annoyance, her Saiyan blood wanted to slug the green man, but her rational side stopped her, he was way out of her league at the moment, a chuckle broke up their conversation.
"Patience, Toma, You don't have enough control over you Ki." Guru spoke up.
Toma huffed and left the building, while Guru turned to Nail, "You must remember she's a Saiyan, she won't have the same amount of patience as the other's, and if she doesn't get training she will find her own way."
Nail grunted, "I know..." he looked to the door and a sigh escaped his lips, "Might as well go train her."
Once outside, he found the girl practicing her own stance, deciding to watch to find holes in it, he leaned against the nearest wall and crossed his arms.
After about thirty minutes, Toma had stopped and looked at him, "What?" She snarked.
"There's a lot of holes in that style."
"I know!" She exclaimed, throughing her hands in the air, "I've been trying to close them but it's being difficult."
Nail pushed himself off of the wall and walked over, flicking her forehead, he smirked at her yelp, watching with amusement as she glared at him while rubbing her forehead.
"What was that for?" She demanded.
Nail only shrugged, smirk still in place, "Take your stance again, I'll help you remove the holes."
Toma didn't question him, instantly going into her stance, moving through the actions as Nail fixed her mistakes. They would spend the rest if the afternoon training.
