"I thought you might feel lonely and wanted to accompany you. May I?"
"Sure, although I'm completely surprised by your desire to accompany me after everything that's happened in the last few days. Plus, I'm sorry that you and the College of Cardinals had to be in danger because of me."
Sforza seemed more thoughtful than before meeting with me. Honestly, it would have been foolish of me not to join such a man who holds so much power. With power comes the temptation to harm those around you. I know this from personal experience, and I want Sforza to avoid becoming like me in my darker moments.
