But before leaving, Alex glanced back at the battlefield, taking in the carnage he had wrought. The bodies of Hippogriffs littered the ground, and the air was still heavy with the scent of battle.
"I wonder how they'll feel when they find out I wiped out their entire flock," he mused, sheathing the Meteorite Sword. With the Mythic Leather in hand and his goal complete, Alex turned and began his descent from the mountain, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
Alex opened his inventory, his eyes scanning over the items. His lips curled into a satisfied smirk as he saw the number of Mythic Leather pieces: eleven. More than enough for his Hell Horse's transformation.
"Alright, that should do it," he muttered. "Now, all I need is the egg of a real Mythic Pegasus... and that one's going to be tough." He knew finding the egg would be even more dangerous, but it would have to wait. He had other priorities now.
