Just as Talon said, the District looked nice, the streets were clean, the people walking there all looked nice as well, wearing suits and dresses.
Compared to the Tenth, this place wa s aparadise.
The roads were complete, without a single pothole, cars were driving on the roads as well, no one could afford, or dare to drive a vehicle in the Tenth.
"It's not going to remain this tranquill for so long, just look around." Said Talon, his left hand remaining on the wheel, occasionally steeringit only a slight bit while he pointed towards the people walking on the road.
All of them were dressed nicely and seemed to have all the neccesery thing to have a nice life inside the District.
