**********A Royal Scandal**************
The grand dining hall was abuzz with the who's who of the royal family, all gathered for a night of feasting and merriment. But the atmosphere was tense, the air thick with anticipation.
Emily, still reeling from her encounter with Arachne, took her seat beside Leo, her eyes scanning the room with a mix of curiosity and trepidation.
King Victor, resplendent in his finery, sat at the head of the table, a woman beside him with droplets of blood seeping from her neck. The other royal family members sipped from glasses filled with a dark, crimson liquid, their eyes gleaming with a mixture of hunger and lust.
Emily's eyes widened in horror as she took in the scene before her. She felt a wave of nausea wash over her, her stomach churning with disgust.
Without thinking, Emily stood up and sat on Leo's lap, her movements swift and decisive. Leo's eyes widened in surprise, but he didn't complain, his arms wrapping around her waist instead.
The king's eyes narrowed, his gaze flicking to Emily and then back to Leo. "Ah, Leo, it seems you've found a new plaything," he said, his voice dripping with malice.
Leo's eyes flashed with anger, but he didn't rise to the bait. Instead, he leaned in, his fangs bared, and bit into Emily's neck.
Emily's eyes widened in shock, but she didn't pull away. Instead, she felt a wave of pleasure wash over her, her body responding to Leo's touch.
The room fell silent, the only sound the soft sucking noise as Leo drank from Emily's neck. Prince Karan's eyes blazed with anger, his face twisted in a scowl.
"You don't go around touching other people's fiancées," Prince Karan spat, his voice venomous.
Leo's eyes flashed with anger, but he didn't back down. Instead, he pulled out his phone and played a recording of Edward's voice, the audio and video evidence shocking everyone in the room.
Emily's eyes widened in anger as she listened to her grandfather's words. She felt a wave of betrayal wash over her, her heart heavy with grief.
"I don't know when it happened, but I'm not marrying you," Emily said, her voice firm and resolute. "I don't know you. Go back to where you came from. Thanks for your understanding."
The room erupted into chaos, the news spreading like wildfire. Leo's eyes gleamed with triumph, but his grandmother's face was twisted in a scowl.
"How could you be such a disgusting bitch?" she spat, her hand flying across Emily's face.
Emily's head snapped back, her eyes watering from the slap. But she didn't back down, her eyes flashing with anger instead.
Leo's eyes blazed with fury, his face twisted in a snarl. "Grandma, I thought you would stop already," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "I know how to solve my problems. Please don't hit my fiancée again. I didn't want to talk at first, but don't go too far."
The room fell silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the royal family members. Leo's grandmother's face was twisted in a scowl, but she didn't say another word.
Leo's eyes never left his grandmother's face, his gaze burning with intensity. "I'll take care of this," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "No one touches my fiancée again."
With that, Leo turned and walked out of the dining hall, Emily's hand clasped tightly in his. The room erupted into chaos behind them, the royal family members arguing and shouting.
But Leo and Emily didn't look back, they didn't care about there useless agurments ..
