OLIVIA'S POV:
---
"Are you mad? Do you seriously think you can marry me and then abandon me when I run into trouble?" Olivia's voice rang out, loud and furious, her whole body trembling with rage. Her eyes, wide with disbelief and hurt, locked onto Andrew, daring him to refute her. But instead of taking her anger seriously, he merely laughed—a deep, mocking sound that echoed in the room, only making her even angrier.
Her chest heaved with every breath, her fists clenched at her sides, but the more she raged, the more his amusement seemed to grow. It was as if her pain was nothing but entertainment for him.
"Olivia, you're truly something else." Andrew's voice was smooth, almost teasing. He shook his head as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Who said I'm abandoning you? Oh, I'd never do such a thing. But, come on, think about it—was I ever really with you to begin with? If I was never with you, then how could I possibly abandon you now?"
