The afternoon sun cast long, dancing shadows across the training yard.
Two men were seemingly dancing, mirroring one another in a beautiful display of the way of the sword. It continued for a long time, and only when they had completed the whole set of movements did the two stop.
"This is quite a good technique. Where did you get it from?" Gresvin asked curiously, using a cloth to wipe the sweat from his brow. "Hometown," Arlo answered straight forwards.
'Okay?' Gresvin thought awkwardly. It seemed that was all he was about to get from the silent man. But he was satisfied. This technique was not the best he had seen, but it intrigued him, and he did not mind spending some time learning it, especially since Arlo was the one teaching and using it.
Gresvin gave a light cough before returning his expression to normal. He then continued to ask, "I want to spar with you. Are you up for it?"
