After preparing the food, Ji Luo sent everyone away.
She carried the food to the bedroom.
Ya Shitian was still lying in bed, his eyes closed, covered with a quilt as if in a deep sleep.
But Ji Luo knew he was already awake.
Ji Luo placed the food on the bedside table.
"Ya, I had someone make some food, let me feed you," she said.
She helped him sit up and propped a soft pillow behind his back so he could lean against the headboard.
Ya Shitian's eyes opened faintly, his gaze was cool and indifferent, void of any emotion.
Ji Luo avoided his eyes, picked up a bowl of porridge, scooped a spoonful, and brought it to his lips.
"Eat, you didn't eat anything yesterday. You're not well now, you need to eat more," she urged.
Ya Shitian just stared at her without speaking or opening his mouth.
Ji Luo continued in a low voice, "I know you hate me, but you can't just not eat. If you want to leave soon, you should eat more."
"..." He still gave no response.
