The woman was wearing a dark green long dress, around fifty years of age, yet her face was still clean and smooth, looking like she was in her thirties. Her figure was also well-maintained, not at all betraying the fact that she was a mother who had given birth to a child.
Mao Beibei had only ever seen her with a cold and displeased expression, even though there was also warmth at times, it was nothing like now. Her complexion was rosy, and her eyes conveyed the serenity of happiness, a radiance that perhaps only women who truly felt bliss from the bottom of their hearts could possess.
Having been apart for nearly half a year, when Mao Beibei saw her again, she struggled to contain her emotions.
