Chu Jinzhao hosted a banquet at the Starry Sky Club; the guests were all prominent figures from the business world, leading with the notoriously famous Li Sishao and the recently promoted Chen Min.
With these three as the headliners, there was hardly anyone in Tongcheng who wouldn't give some face and attend this evening banquet.
Chen Lu came along with Chen Min, and upon arrival, she didn't look at anyone else but walked straight up to Chu Jinzhao.
Her eyes sparkled as she sized up the black suit on Chu Jinzhao, then thoughtfully looked down at her own black dress and smiled, "Chu Jinzhao, don't we look like we're wearing a couple's outfit?"
Upon hearing this, Chen Min couldn't help but laugh, "This silly girl, always talking nonsense."
Someone nearby came over with a glass of wine and said with a laugh, "Indeed, they do look alike. President Chu and Miss Chen standing together do make a good match."
