Abel was unfazed by this, merely flashing Gan Yuan a smile.
"Gan, long time no see."
"Please, have a seat."
Gan Yuan politely gestured for him to sit down. Having already seen the surname of Abel's family on the list, she wasn't too surprised to see him appear.
After everyone was seated, Gan Yuan got straight to the point.
"It is an honor to be sitting here and take part in the future of the Duke Hotel. I believe everyone's time is precious, so I will try not to waste it. As we all know, the hotel has been operating at a loss for some time, so I've decided... starting today, to make some changes to the hotel's policies. The first of which concerns the rule that only nobility or their descendants may stay at the hotel."
Earlier, she had taken a tour of the entire hotel. The various amenities were luxuriously yet solemnly opulent, befitting a high-class hotel.
