Qin Youbei's mouth twitched; for a moment, she didn't know what to say.
Gu Xiao's dark eyes were calm as he looked down at her indifferently, "Is there anything else?"
His tone was alienated and indifferent, so uncooperative and unfriendly that Qin Youbei felt there was no reason to keep pretending to be friendly.
After a brief silence, the smile on her pretty little face faded, replaced by a cold expression: "It's just sheets, I got it?"
As she turned to leave, Gu Xiao casually added another line: "Hand wash."
Qin Youbei stopped dead in her tracks and turned to look at him, asking in astonishment, "Aren't the sheets always washed by a washing machine?"
Gu Xiao replied indifferently, "The washing machine is broken."
"Then we can wait until the washing machine is fixed before washing them," Qin Youbei said, certain that Gu Xiao was doing this on purpose to force her to comply.
